I always have fun at this hotel but the suite we were in was fairly dated. Immediately it had an odor of stale air, like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while. The shower water pressure was very low and there wasn’t much hot water, I would say barely enough to rush a 6 minuet shower. Staff is helpful and accommodating. The lay out of the rooms is lovely and spacious. I really like the front facing window so I was a little disappointed when we got the only room tucked in a corner with no window. Overall I like this space but it could use a face lift

I did not like this hotel everything was horrible the pool was dirty the was molded and peeling. The hot tub didn’t heat because it was broken according to maintenance! I would like my money back!

Overall good experience. Pool area was poorly kept. Wet floors, unsanitary appearing hot tub area, no towels. Furniture in executive suite was outdated and ripped up. Stain on pull out mattress. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room I paid for wasn’t available and I had to somehow put my 4 kids in 1 bed.
Nothing in the hotel worked so we couldn’t even buy food to eat!

I love Embassy suites, this one unfortunately-really needs updating. I was put in a handicap room, didn’t complain-but grout was old, mildewed, room was not nice at all. I was disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We were celebrating my mother's birthday and the staff of Embassy Suites made our stay very memorable! Without their help to accommodate our requests, it wouldn't have been as special of an occasion. I highly recommended this hotel and plan to stay again whenever I'm in the area.

Rooms are run down. Friday night we were kept up till 2am with a wild bunch of young people. Saturday we were interrupted by the hotel managed pounding on our door asking if we were smoking?!?! We do not smoke anything!! Floor in hallways constantly wet from kids running through hallways with soaking wet suits. Elevators were covered with food throughout the stay very dissapointed in my choice but it was necessary as house roof leaked and was not safe. Nonetheless to say I will not return to this place

This property was perfect for us. We were visiting our daughter at UD and the location was perfect. The hotel is clean and well appointed and the complimentary buffet breakfast was awesome.
