We had a fantastic stay in a spa room. The room was comfortable and clean and great value for money. The managers were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was at the far end of the complex so the wifi didn't work, hence 4 stars not 5. The restaurant was also closed due to Covid so I can't comment on that either. Its on quite a steep site so if you need level ground this could be an issue too. All in all it was a lovely stay and my wife and I both said we would stay again.

I booked a room in advance and was inappropriately notified by hotel staff my accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. They said they have given the rooms to someone else at a higher rate. After asking can you do this she said "well if you don't find alterative accommodation you won't have a room here". Extremely unprofessional and greedy!! Would never recommend this place to anyone.
