We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend for families, couples, golf and sea lovers. Lucia in the main restaurant single handedly made our stay memorable with her personal touch. She's an amazing waitress and wonderful human being!

All good as usual. Breakfast much better this time as bacon was actually cooked. Room is lovely and pool and facilities good 

All great apart from room service - no answer FOR 45 MINS OF RINGING had to walk to restaurant with sore heel which defeats the purpose of ROOM service No other negatives ! Lovely room great view thank you for upgrade and cake Will stay again Laura D Stranaghan-Lorimer

Nice hotel and great location. Unfortunately not really 5stars. No towels at pool both days, no teabags or biscuits in room, food in bar average at best and overpriced. Little things but irritating nonetheless……overall standards are not what would be seen in other hotels.

Love the location and facilities. The staff are very welcoming, the food was excellent.

A shame considering this is such a beautiful hotel and we had anticipated so much more.. We had a poor experience and there didn’t seem to be an option for us to complain during our stay on here. Initially arrived and our room door was broken meaning we were delayed getting into to our room.. During the wait we noticed a Dog coming out of the room next door which with allergies we couldn’t accept and therefore requested a change of room which was agreed. Upon going to our new room it was made up for a family with 2 singles a sofa bed and a dog bed with dog bowls sitting (not at all the luxury hotel room we had anticipated) This room was then again changed adding to our delay to start enjoying our trip. Once settled into our third Room we opted to have a cup of coffee from the advertised coffee machine however this just ran off coloured water with floating bits (noted to the hotel) Not wanting to waste anymore time we went down to the spa and relaxed in the pool etc. We were left with a card to leave on the door for room service breakfast which we thought would be a lovely touch (additional cost affordable) We followed the instruction and later fell asleep looking forward to breakfast in bed however our breakfast didn’t come (our card had been lost in the kitchen and therefore we had to ring down and received our breakfast over an hour late) we then had to ring again as the condiments we selected were also missing. This has been an experienced full of delays and disappointment and even when given extra time to have our breakfast and get ready we were constantly interrupted by house keeping as reception had failed to communicate we were being given extra time. Not sure if we would return to this hotel which is a shame as I’m sure had everything been organised better we would have enjoyed the amenities.

Lovely stay but our room was too warm which made sleeping difficult as the aircon wasn't working. There was a fan in the room which we used all night but the window could only be opened a couple of centimetres which didn't permit the air to circulate. Staff at reception apologised and said they would look into it. Food was good in Percy French restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Spa and pool great.

Great stay. Hope to return soon.

多次入住了，這個酒店真的太棒了，早飯品種是在北愛爾蘭吃過最多最豐盛的。酒店衞生很好，風景不錯，可惜這次季節雨水過多，入住體驗還是不錯的

非常非常棒的酒店，性價比很高。👍 我訂的大約摺合人民幣是是1500元左右，在英國這種idbs和Holiday Inn都要1K多的地方太超值了。 酒店是個老古堡🏰，新裝修的，整個酒店內外都很新很舒適。 酒店邊上就是一片海灘，傍晚和清晨都極為美麗安靜🧚♀️

很棒的酒店，環境非常好，可以休閑運動，逛逛也方便。
