Stayed for three nights, no complaints! The location is convenient, cleanliness is good, and the service is welcoming. The deluxe double room (single occupancy) was spacious enough for two people to open their luggage. The option to store luggage after check-out is a thoughtful touch.

We have spent 5 nights here. Great location but quiet too in the busy street during night time. Walking distance to everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great condition of the hotel. Good value for money.

Was a great place right in central Newcastle Great little cafe in the morning downstairs and gym 24/7 + bar open till 3am.

Great location, within walking distance to both the train station and St. James' Park. I had already paid for the hotel when I booked it, but they asked for my credit card again during self-check-in. I had to find a staff member to process it manually afterwards, so be careful about that. The room was very spacious, and I could fully open my suitcase. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Executive King Room. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely presented, with a good standard of amenities. It had a bathtub, capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea, and snacks in the room. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfast was really nice but there could be a little more options as it is mostly typical English breakfast. My train to leave was later in the day. The staff were friendly but strict when I asked for a later check-out out by an hour, charging 20 gbp extra. Overall, I was very happy with the room and would happily stay here again.

Room was clean, tidy and it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around as it is the city centre .The staff are helpful and it is very close to the train station. Only thing is the check in is 3pm , if you arrive early you can leave your bags or wait until the check in time, overall service, cleanliness , price point (slightly higher price range than others ), security and staff are all very good.

I’ve stayed here many times mainly for work trips. It’s a comfortable stay and breakfast is always good. Check in and out process is seamless and straightforward.

House cleaning is very nice and friendly, all staff is good, location is good also , thank you for everything 🙏🏻

Beds were really old, it was sunken in the middle and can feel the spring in the mattress Front desk reception was unfriendly. Big shout out to manager David who left a good impression

This was a perfect place for someone who arrived solo just for a few days. It’s in a perfect location and super clean. It came with a kettle, some snacks and enough pillows to chose from. Theres a TV and it was basically perfect for the short stay. Thanks.

The location is in the city center, extremely convenient with all amenities nearby. However, housekeeping isn't available 24/7. I once asked for a refill of drinking water and coffee, but had to go to the front desk myself to get it. For the price, this level of service seems disproportionate.
