The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

The room wasn't very new, with a large bed and a sofa bed. The main issue was that there was no air conditioning, only an electric fan, and the water flow from the faucet was very low. For breakfast, you had to choose between a continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast. I chose the former, but it only had bread, cereal, and fruit, with no hot items at all. This is the first time I've heard of a continental breakfast without these items. A bad review! For 1,000 RMB per night, a hotel of this caliber is better off staying at the Hilton across the street. The quality is much better for the same price.

very good! When I first entered, I walked to the restaurant because it was raining. She was very considerate and sent my luggage and me to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was also very approachable. Many people didn't understand me when I first arrived and the card couldn't be used. She was very considerate and gave guidance. The hygiene is good, the bedding is clean, it's a few minutes away from the airport, and the subway station is nearby, which is very convenient!

Such lovely staff. I do not think employees get enough recognition when they are good only ever bad so i would like to post that Receptionist Emily, Owen at the bar and Louise are just lovely people. It makes a huge difference to guests when you are smiling and love your job we notice it! Not once did they not have a smile and were always doing something and being as helpful as they could especially with it been so busy. Our check in was so fast and very informative that you do not even need the KIOSK's. Food was standard pug grub.

You have the most amazing staff here. Location is very close to the airport and also our daughters as we are here for christmas. Emily on reception (25th Dec around 2pm) WHAT A LOVELY IMAGE FOR YOUR HOTEL! Her friendliness how chatty she is and how bubbly she was even though shes working christmas day is unmatched. We didnt see any other staff due to us being out but we just wanted to give Emily a special mention as we could of stayed and chatted to her for her full shift!

I have stayed here on various occasions in the past and was pleased I chose this hotel for another stay. Staff are always welcoming and helpful and the room are clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. My evening meal (fish and chips) was good too. I would return here when next needing accommodation at the airport. Parking was under £10 for one night which is good for airport hotels.

Average food, expensive for what it was, not allowed premium drinks with meal deal, faulty kitchen equipment led to reduced choice at breakfast, no thought of any cashback etc, Premier Inn is on a downward slide and we have used it for years. Cut backs become more and more obvious. ie almost empty car park front and rear all day and night, why because you stopped guests parking overnight on the nights they stayed and doubled the cost. I’d rather have 10 spaces taken at £5 a night than 2 at £10.

Great stay at premier inn Newcastle airport. Lovely clean rooms and welcoming staff. Just want to say thank you to Emily on reception for the lovely birthday surprise in my room (12th dec) you made such an effort to make my day better and I appreciate that. Also thank you to the lovely girl in the hotel bar who was so welcoming and kind sorry I don’t know her name. Would definitely recommend this hotel if flying from Newcastle!

Stayed here for one night on 13th December. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, our booking hadn’t gone through, but the gentleman on reception (sadly didn’t catch his name) was very helpful, quickly sorted everything out, and honoured the online rate. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay, although there were a few issues: a noticeable smell in the room, a pair of old socks left behind from previous guests, and quite a bit of wind noise coming through the door and window. The location is very convenient, with the airport just a five-minute walk away. One tip for future guests: remember to ask reception for the gate key code, otherwise you won’t be able to get your suitcases through the gate.

Absolute shocker of a hotel.....stay in plenty of Premier Inns due to my work, this is hands down the worst one I've stayed at. Not cheap, and a tenner to park on top is taking the piss. Noisy outside with the roads and inevitable aircraft noise but even more noisey inside, walls are paper thin and the noise from next door is only surpassed by the noisey footfall from the room upstairs. Found the lassie in the reception to be quite standoffish when we called this morning to ask if we get a top floor, to get told bluntly 'no as you are in a family room and it's made up'. Finding more and more Premeir Inns are like this and not worth the premium over the other well known brand of budget hotels in UK. This one is a dump, rooms are well by their best. Absolutely shocking.
