The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.

Very nice. Recently updated. Good work on bathroom Reno. Included breakfast seems to be improved over the many decades of us using this place. Environmental control accurate, heating unit super quiet.
Only issue was with the desk lamp that throws light in all downward directions making reading hard where light travels horizontal into one’s eyes. But who “writes “ anymore. Quiet plumbing not many electrical outlets

The desk was unattended when I arrived and I had a short wait of 5 minutes to check in. There was never any hand soap in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.

Well there were house flies on the ceiling & dead on the floor in the bathroom. Flies were not on the ceiling in the morning??? I took pics to prove I was’t seeing things.

Our first night was spent listening to hockey players running up and down the halls until the wee hours. We should not have been in a room in the middle of teams like this.

Front staff was not accommodating when we checked in. My 97 old father wasn’t able to leave the car to pay which he insisted on. We were finally able to pay with curt response
