Sadly, this was a total nightmare. We booked athe 1 bedroom loft at 194 Thames. The picture showed a few stairs from the living room to the upstairs. We found out by going on line a week prior that there were also over 20 stairs straight up to the apartment from the street. My wife was going to have knee surgery about 3 weeks later. We tried to cancel or change rooms but we're reminded of their policy. When we arrived we opened the door and there was no way we could pull 3 bags of luggage up the stairs. Also found out that the bathroom was up another 29 plus stairs with the bedroom. When we arrived there was another couple of seniors in the bottom of the stairs and they said they didn't know about the stair issue and had 5 bags to try and get upstairs. They were NOT made aware either. Only positive is when we went to their office they allowed us to store our luggage and the 1 lady was friendly. Disclosing the number of stairs with pictures would save some disappointment, especially for seniors.
