We had a pleasant stay in this hotel for 6 nights. The front desk team and its manager Mr Thi were impressive and therefore I would like to write this review to appreciate them. They cared for our stay, responding to our requests promptly, greeting us everyday, talked to us like friends and helping us making local calls. The hotel looked new and clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good and many restaurants nearby. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel that started work very early and sometimes finishing late at night. So there might be some noise if the room is near to the construction site.

The room is a good size, with a small balcony and sea view in the distance. It is relatively new, the elevator is convenient, the accommodation is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel service is good. We had **** on the first day we arrived. We had abdominal pain and diarrhea. We still had a fever the next day. We asked the front desk if we could delay check-out so we could take a little more rest. We were told that it could only be delayed until 1230. If it was later, we would be fine. I have to pay. At twelve o'clock, the front desk called and said that the manager was aware of the situation and allowed us to check out for free. It was a flexible arrangement👏🏻. We were grateful for this.

Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

It was too difficult to find. I couldn't find this hotel by taxi. I asked for directions all over the street for an hour and a half, and finally found it in the alley. Inaccurate navigation positioning! Very depressed. Breakfast is very simple. Room hygiene is average. The address location is OK, and there are a lot of places to eat around.

Забронировали отель на первую неделю проживания в Нячанге. Бронировали с питанием. В целом завтраки вкусные, но всего лишь 5 блюд на выбор. Нас было 4 и уже в первые сутки мы попробовали 4 из 5 блюда. Долгое время мы были единственными посетителями ресторана. Еду нам на месте готовили, нужно за день выбирать. Порции не маленькие. Фактически тут 4 блюда, а не 5. Сейчас выбор по меню из-за малого количества гостей. Первые дни мы действительно были практически одни в отеле. Убирались хорошо, а в день массовых отъездов уборка была после обеда. Периодически нужно было просить туалетную бумагу - заканчивалась быстро, всё-таки дети ее быстро расходуют и доп. рулон не кладут. Номер по сути как мы хотели. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Сушилок нет, мы использовали вешалки и сушили на балконе. Балкон редко убирают. В комнате спать жарко. Есть кондиционер, но дует он странно. Вентиляции в ванне нет. Кухня больше рассчитана на два человека, но нас было 4. Доп. полотенца донесли. Wi-fi сделан примитивно и из-за этого есть проблемы. На каждом этаже своя точка и даже две. Периодически они отваливаются. Не очень надёжное соединение и интернет. Во время работы мешали дисконекты. Есть маленький спортзал и бассейн. Иногда там были люди и мы туда ходили. Отель не возле самой дороги, а во дворах. Сигналы автомобилей слышны, но они чаще вечером на выходных. Иногда из соседнего отеля доносилась музыка, которая до часов 11 или позже бывает. Первые два дня это немного мешало. Приветливый персонал, но практически никто ни английского ни русского на минимальном уровне, даже как в Египте, не знают. Но это не проблема, так как они используют Google переводчик, который действительно переводит. Вначале я подумал это везде так, но в другом отеле хорошо говорили на английском. Вокруг много заведений по пути к пляжу и вдоль улиц. Есть ТЦ с большим супермаркетом. Мы туда часто ходили. На входе у лестницы есть лейка, чтобы обмыть ноги после пляжа (ей же поливают цветы). Мебель не в самом лучшем состоянии и не новая, как и отель. Это хороший отель и возможно я бы заселился сюда снова. Wi-fi однозначно стоит улучшить. Для обычных семейных звонков и соц. сетей хватало.

The hotel is in a very good location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and night market. The room is a bit small, but has everything you need. The price/performance ratio is quite high and worth recommending.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable hotel, with a small swimming pool upstairs. Nearby is an amazing cheap restaurant, very beautiful and delicious. Unfortunately there are ants in the room, but in general everything is clean and tidy, there is a TV, YouTube works there, a small refrigerator and a converter. I cannot use the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel because I can't get in touch with the hotel, nor can I get through. I wrote to the support service and they sent me a non-existent e-mail. I have to find the transfer by myself. I arrived at three o'clock and the room was not ready yet, I had to wait an hour, even though the check-in time seemed to be after 11 or 12 o'clock. The hotel’s breakfast is very special. Sometimes they cook heavy food. I only eat it at night, but there are always choices, and in principle everything is delicious.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

Overall the hotel is nice. The man is opening the door for you downstairs. The pool is quite small, maybe for no more then 2 people and not able to swim there. The safe in the room was broken And the boy from stuff was very aggressive , explaining how it works. Almost screaming at me, cause I was pushing the door not soft enough ((( The towel was small, I have long hair and always need to wrap it around it after washing.... So-so experience
