They said the family rooms are only on the 4th floor, but I'm not sure if that's true. The room was quite small, and since it's right above a shopping street, it was very noisy until after 11 PM. Then, tour buses started picking up guests at 8 AM. It was genuinely loud! We were limited to three bottles of water a day, and there were no disposable slippers. The water quality for washing was not great; it's best to bring a filter. I only used the shower head for four days. Other than its convenient location, there were no other upsides.

The room was great, no weird smells, and very convenient for getting downstairs. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. It's also close to the beach. They even picked us up for our morning boat trip, which was a nice bonus. The only downside was that the front desk staff seemed a bit impatient.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the service attitude is excellent, and it's clean. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety too. The surrounding area is lively, a bit noisy, but overall good. The rooftop pool is also a nice feature.

This was the best room we stayed in during our nine-day, eight-night trip to Vietnam, even though we only managed to book it for one night. There's only one room of this type per floor, and unfortunately, we weren't on a higher level. Still, it offered excellent value for money. I've already reviewed the other room types we booked. The location is incredibly convenient – no need to even mention it! We booked four rooms in total, but I definitely recommend this specific room type.
