Very clean. There's also a pool on the 6th floor. It's very close to the beach, Po Nagar Cham Towers, and the night market, all within walking distance. The area is lively and convenient for shopping and dining.

The room was incredibly dirty, and the floor wasn't cleaned at all – my feet turned black just walking on it. I thought this was a hotel brand, but it's not; it's a 40-story building with apartments for rent. So, if you have any issues and want to complain, you can't reach or meet a manager. Waiting for the elevator each time was a nightmare because it took forever and was always incredibly crowded. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and the worst hotel I've ever booked. 0/5 stars, never coming back.

The hotel is overpriced, and they charge extra for many unnecessary things. Before using the infinity pool, I simply wanted to see it first. They asked me to pay 250,000 VND just to look at the pool. I would have decided whether to swim after seeing it. They also charge 20,000 VND for each piece of luggage left at the hotel. If you collect your luggage after 8:00 PM, they charge an additional fee again. The women’s restroom downstairs is terrible—dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Overall, this hotel does not deserve the price it charges. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is right in the city center and very close to the sea, but it's incredibly noisy. The lobby is constantly chaotic, with tons of people and long waits for the elevator. This is a major downside that would make me hesitant to stay here again. Also, the room was a bit dirty and dated, and the cleaning was mediocre. The rooftop pool charges an extra fee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; the hotel's location was excellent. However, there were some niggles: cleaning wasn't very good, and we had to wait a long time for the elevator because it was very crowded (but that's tolerable). Overall, the room was a bit tired, and there was mold on the blinds in the bathroom. But we liked the price, so we overlooked everything. The free pool on the 6th floor and the paid one on the 40th floor—the view is magnificent.
