Green World Hotel Nha Trang

Great location and friendly staff. The gym is absolutely the best! Thanks to them, I had an enjoyable trip.

The hotel is in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and spas nearby. A big thank you to all the staff at the reception; they were always ready to help with any questions!

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, which makes getting around so easy and doesn't interfere with my schedule at all! It was great to be able to pop back in to rest and freshen up whenever needed. The service and cleanliness were both excellent too! 😊

I had booked a small suite in advance, but the room I was assigned was different, which was utterly perplexing. I went back down to the front desk, showed them a photo of the room, and said I thought they'd given me a different one. The staff member said they'd check. I waited, assuming they were checking, but the staff member who said they'd check wasn't doing anything but messing around, which was incredibly annoying, lol. I asked another staff member if they had finished checking. They checked and said the room they gave me was a suite, just like the small suite I booked, but a different type of suite (what nonsense, the size was different?). They apologized, saying the actual room might differ from the photos online, lol. I felt like I'd been scammed in a real estate deal. They offered to let me cancel, but where was I supposed to go at that moment??? Lol. I was furious, but I had to go to the airport that evening, so I reluctantly agreed and checked into the strange room they initially gave me. The elevator was stifling hot, and the room itself got super hot as soon as you took out the key card. I endured that blazing hot room and checked out a few hours later ^^. Midway through, a woman who looked like a manager (?) came with some fruit and apologized, saying she was sorry. It would have been much better if they'd given me the right room instead of fruit! Today, I looked it up online and found out the room they assigned me was actually a 'Rustic Room,' haha. My trip was ruined on the last day because of these guys ~~~~. Please, everyone, don't go there ~~~~~~

This was my first hotel choice for my first trip to Nha Trang, so my expectations were quite high. Overall, I was satisfied. The late-night check-in was smooth, the breakfast was delicious, and the gym facilities were really good. I also loved the overall hotel design, which felt stylish and luxurious. 😃 I highly recommend it!

The room is a bit small, but you can sit out on the balcony. There aren't many shelves, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The dining area, though, is an absolute madhouse, and the tablecloths were dirty. The elevators are tiny. Sapphire (a local landmark/store) is nearby, and there are tons of cafes to suit every taste and budget.

The hotel is located on a very lively tourist street, just a few minutes from the sea. It has a really good, large gym. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, and you can hear noise from the street and the corridor. Breakfasts are quite modest. Upon check-in, they take your passports as a deposit. There are shared balconies on each floor where you can smoke.

First off, the location is truly excellent. Being downtown, we had easy access to food, shopping, and everything else we needed. My husband, who's a fitness enthusiast, said the gym equipment was really good. We actually used the gym all three days of our stay. The pool is small, but since no one else was there, we had it all to ourselves and had a great time. However, the pool water... was it seawater? It was quite salty, haha. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. It's not super clean. I'm not particularly picky, but I felt the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it could be. Nevertheless, we still had an enjoyable trip!
