Generally, the hotel is good and staff are very helpful and friendly. Great experience in staying at the hotel.

Near the beach. Quiet location with many of local restaurant. Fresh seafood center is very closed to this hotel. 70% price compare to at the center, amazing :))

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel from 03.08 to 06.08.24. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Firstly, I never understood people who were unhappy with the breakfast at the hotel. So I found myself in this situation. Apart from eggs (which were overcooked), there was nothing to eat. We were very shocked when we saw boiled instant noodles for breakfast. The beach across the road from the hotel is dirtier than in the center (near Lotus). There is a port nearby, so there is more garbage. To the right of the hotel for the next 1.5 km there is nothing - only the port fence. To the left - to some kind of life, you need to walk along the park for 500 meters. The price for the hotel is very high. When we left the hotel, we were not even allowed to wait for a taxi inside the hotel, they put us out in the sun. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location and view of the hotel is great, however, the hotel seems old with old architecture, the suite room class is not very nice and small, it usually looks like a superior class, the view directly to the sea can see the pearl island very well. beautiful but limited because the balcony is very big and high

The breakfast was great and the environment was great. And there is a free swimming pool and a sports hall on the top floor.

Great Hotel! All the staff very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delecious! I highly recomend this Hotel. The hotel very clear the beach, just pass to main road, just 3 minutes by walk. Near the hotel, alot of seafood restaurant, local foods. Ask the reception when you went out for some restaurant, ít's cheaps and good!

Firstly our airport transfer was late by 1 hour? So after a 10+ hour flight from UK this wasn't a great start!! The staff can be rude and have such a delayed reaction.... Even though I tipped them all generously it just didn't get any better. Worst of it was no food for vegetarians for breakfast, and the check out was a joke... They charged us for 2 small teaspoons and a bath towel that there cleaning staff had misplaced. This was the nail in the coffin especially upon check out. I understand the hotel is cheap so you can't expect much but how about investing in your staff and providing more training on customer service ??? At the end of the day money is money and we all work hard to be able to come on holiday and to be treated like we don't mean anything leaves a very sour taste in your mouth. Hotel is located well out the way of the main area, nothing is walking distance. Construction work taking place so very very noisy. Defo will not be going back again.

I thought this was the sister of the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau. I was incorrect. Stayed in room 1103 for a 2 night stay. All the staff were very nice. The seaside view was nice and the beds were comfortable. The wall behind the beds had some sort of wallpaper that was bordered like a picture frame. The material had a bad smell emittng from it. It took some time to figure where that smell was coming from. The staff was informed. Also the wifi was not working well. The bathroom has a poor design as bathtube is not properly installed. When taking a shower lots of water will flow to the floor and makes it unssfe to walk .You can hear the flow of the water in the pipes when other rooms are taking a shower. The breakfast was poor. It took 6 cycles to toast the bread, The coffee was cold, the juice was all sugar and the selections were limiting.

Beautiful hotel. The 2 female employees have cute names (Bich Tuyen, Ngoc Quy). If I have the opportunity to return to Nha Trang, I will stay here. ……..Not too far from the agarwood tower. If you need anything, please contact the receptionist and they will do their best to assist you

Everything is very good. Beautiful hotel. The service staff is warm, cheerful, and kind. However, I think the toilet should have a plan to have a standing place to shower. But I find bathing quite inconvenient. And there should be signs warning of slipping into wet areas. The elevator shakes quite a bit when moving. Thank you very much hotel

The hotel is clean and beautiful. I really like the attentive service staff, but the stairs to the pool are a bit slippery. I hope the hotel will put cloth on the stairs to prevent falls because children run and jump a lot and can easily fall.
