The hotel is good, rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's not bad overall. The pool is deep, and there's a possibility to sunbathe.

Everything was great, especially the location and the view from the room! However, we had an early check-out at 5 AM, and they didn't even pack us any water. So much for a 5-star experience...

Absolutely gorgeous experience at Boton Blue. The amenities are fabulous - from the infinity pool to the sauna, you will not need to even visit the beach at all during your stay. We had a partial sea view in our room, which had a view of the mountains as well as the bay. The beds are super comofortable and the sheets are a fine quality, which makes you feel even more comofortable in the bed. And the room in general is very clean and nice to come back to. No outside food is allowed in the room which probably helps to contribute to the clean atmosphere and lack of bugs. Plus, if you want to order food from outside the hotel, you can eat it at the many chairs available in the lobby or just outside the hotel. The food you can order from the pool bar is quite nice as well. The pool area is like a dream (see pictures) I genuinely feel so lucky to have spent a few days by the pool and will always treasure our experience here. The sauna area is a true luxury. It has all of the ammenities that you'd want for a traditional Nordic spa. A large sauna, steam room and hot tub, as well as a smaller but still significantly sized cold plunge bath. Temperatures were perfect for all of these, and if you wanted to make the sauna hotter, its a wet sauna so easy to add water onto the coals. The staff is wonderful which really contributes to the whole atmosphere of the hotel and makes you feel cared for. And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet! Each day was a new delight, with a wide variety of delicious and nutrient dense dishes to fuel your day. Honestly, if we ever have the pleasure of coming back to Nha Trang, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

I booked this on the basis of soundproofed rooms after a long business trip i needed to relax. Unfortunately the soundproofing was a pair of earplugs. I was on the 21st floor so could hear the band every night and was not happy. The room also said seating area but this was only the balcony not in the room. The pool is good but only for the morning as the sun goes behind the hotel so is in the shade after 11.30am. You can use the beach but it's a 20min walk or a car and you can only use for 2 hours as there's not that many beds to hotel so I only used it once. The breakfasts were good as was the spa. But the supposed saving i made,? I'm glad I didn't pay that as its not a luxury hotel. Its standard and reception needs an update

This is a really good hotel – we stayed last year and wanted to come back again. But you have to be careful with the room choice – we initially booked a standard room, which was described as "superior," but it was so small! We were disappointed. We paid extra to upgrade to a Deluxe room, and then everything was perfect. The hotel is peaceful and very quiet, with good room cleaning (if they forget to clean, just say something, and it will be done right away). The breakfasts are decent, with lots of fruit and excellent yogurt. The area is quiet, and right next to the hotel, there's a fantastic seafood restaurant – we mostly had dinner there – and a wonderful massage parlor, which was absolutely heavenly! They provide two-hour vouchers for the beach, but we paid for our own sunbeds, which was more relaxing and meant we weren't time-restricted. A big thank you to Minnie for organizing our airport transfers and simply for her communication and support. We already want to come back here again! Thank you!

The breakfasts and lunches/dinners were excellent! We usually swim in the sea, but this time we spent most of our time in the pool. We will definitely come back.

Everything was great, the service was top-notch. There were tons of amenities for tourists and families with children. The hotel is right on the promenade, but you can't swim from there. There are plenty of places to eat, buy groceries, and souvenirs nearby. The only downside was the cold pool, but there's a warmer 38-degree pool in the sauna area (it's like a jacuzzi). The views from the hotel are magnificent.

very nice and clean hotel with the best view of Nha Trang bay - both during daytime and night time. best the room offers the bathtub experience i have had in Nha Trang, where the view is spectacular. the staffs are nice and polite. i can’t really think of a drawback of Boton Blue Hotel. recommend! 💯

I really liked this hotel – it’s a great option for Nha Trang. However, if you’re on a motorbike like us, it’s convenient. If you're on foot, it's not ideal as it’s in a rather remote area, especially if you need easy access to the central beach and shops. This trip (early May 2026), we deliberately stayed further away from the Lotus area because it was unbearably packed with Russian tourists, always looking disgruntled and being loud. Getting around on a motorbike was very convenient, and parking on the ground floor is free. The hotel is clean, and the infinity pool is nice, but it’s usually crowded, so you often have to wait for a sun lounger or go early in the morning. Breakfast was a hit, but it wasn't consistently good every day – some days had fresh pate and butterfish, while others had rather sparse options. Fruits were available daily: watermelon, melon, and apples. Pastries included croissants and Chinese buns with custard. There were also several types of fried noodles, rice, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, and a few salad options. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. There’s a shuttle to the beach that runs on a schedule. The staff are very polite and speak English. There was also a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, though she seemed to be there only at certain hours, as she wasn't always present. If the location doesn't bother you, I definitely recommend it.

The views are fantastic, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese. The hotel breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are spacious, and the service is great. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Nha Trang.

My husband and I stayed here in February 2026. We really liked the hotel's location in a quiet part of the city, yet still close to cafes, a lovely promenade, shops, and tour options. The hotel itself is modern with interesting architecture, and the sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation area are a definite highlight. Our room was cozy, with daily cleaning and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning sunrises and sunsets. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. A special shout-out to the breakfast buffet: delicious, varied, great coffee, excellent service, and of course, a magnificent sea view!

Hotel is nice and very beautiful near ocean little far from city center but this location also nice the elevator always busy , Services ok ok , when I beachside there no white provide they towel other all well ….
