Excellent service and a generous breakfast. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, close to all the popular spots and trendy restaurants. The room's soundproofing is also very good.

Great location, right opposite the main square. Other than that, it's a decent hotel. It'll do.

A decent hotel. Good value for money. The beach is across the road, breakfasts are good, and room cleaning is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Currency exchange is available at reception. The gym is alright – you can get a workout in. We would return here again.

We booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there.

Good hotel. The room might be a bit dated, but the unique layout, cleanliness, and location are what truly make this hotel stand out. I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights from May 30th (2 adults + 1 child, 7 years old). We liked the hotel. If you've traveled in Asia, you'll understand the specifics of hotel service there – it's not like Turkey. I want to highlight the good breakfast and the gorgeous view from our room. We never managed to get free sun loungers from the hotel on the beach because there are very few of them. The room cleaning was good by Vietnamese standards. We were given room 711 on the 7th floor, and it had bathrobes and slippers. An extra bed for the child cost 500,000 VND per night. What was missing, of course, was a clothes dryer on the balcony. The location is excellent, right in the city center, but precisely for this reason, it can be noisy. With the balcony door closed, you couldn't hear anything, so it wasn't uncomfortable. On the contrary, we could listen to our speaker on the balcony without disturbing anyone. The sea is across the road, and it's a good beach. For the price-quality ratio, I consider this a decent hotel option.

This was my second time staying here. Besides the amazing ocean view, the food is also fantastic. For breakfast, in addition to Western options, there were several Vietnamese local dishes, which I really enjoyed. I also had lunch here when I was too lazy to go out after coming back from the beach, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. The gym, though small, has both machines and free weights. The shower room even has a sauna. You could easily spend an entire day at this hotel, even on a bad weather day.
