First time I feel a terrible experience during my visit to Nha Trang. All the services required payment; for example, breakfast coffee wasn't included, and there was a charge for pool toys. The staff were not friendly compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Although the breakfast was expensive, it did not meet my expectations in quality. It’s amusing that they charge a fee for a 1-year-old child. However, one positive aspect of the hotel is that it is very quiet.

We liked this hotel very much! The stuff was very friendly, always trying to help. They upgraded our room, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent, we enjoyed the river view every morning. Facilities at resort were ideal for kids, separate children- friendly pool, playground and inside play room, football field, open cinema..etc.. This location is very good, we'll definitely recommend this resort

Staffs are very friendly and nice, always smiles at you. If you are going with family i highly recommend you this place , a lot of things to do with children, pools are 0.5 meters and 1,5meters , there is lifeguard until 6pm, there are archery , playground, outdoor cinema and sport fields, breakfast was good. They apso upgraded my room free , it is quite big and peaceful, best place to stay with family. We had massage in champa spa , nice and relaxing , tried seafood , but it was not too good. Rest of everything was perfect.

nice hotel and amazing staff, there are many activities in the resort itself to spend a day. our room was upgraded for free. many options in breakfast. overall amazing stay.
