Maple Leaf Hotel & Apartment

We booked a hotel for our first week in Nha Trang. Booked with meals. In general, the breakfasts are delicious, but there are only 5 dishes to choose from. There were 4 of us and already on the first day we tried 4 out of 5 dishes. For a long time we were the only visitors to the restaurant. Our food was prepared on the spot; we had to choose it a day in advance. The portions are not small. In fact, there are 4 dishes, not 5. Now the choice is a la carte due to the small number of guests. The first days we were really almost alone in the hotel. They cleaned well, and on the day of mass departures, cleaning was done after lunch. Periodically it was necessary to ask for toilet paper - it ran out quickly, after all, children quickly use it up and extra. the roll is not placed. The room is essentially what we wanted. Towels were changed every day. There are no dryers, we used hangers and dried on the balcony. The balcony is rarely cleaned. It's hot to sleep in the room. There is air conditioning, but it blows strangely. There is no ventilation in the bath. The kitchen is more designed for two people, but there were 4 of us. Extras. the towels were brought. Wi-fi is made primitively and because of this there are problems. Each floor has its own point and even two. Periodically they fall off. Not very reliable connection and internet. During work, disconnections interfered. There is a small gym and swimming pool. Sometimes there were people there and we went there. The hotel is not near the road itself, but in the courtyards. Car horns can be heard, but they are more common in the evenings on weekends. Sometimes music could be heard from the neighboring hotel, which happens until 11 o'clock or later. The first two days it was a little annoying. Friendly staff, but almost no one speaks either English or Russian at a minimum level, even like in Egypt. But this is not a problem since they use Google Translate which actually translates. At first I thought it was like this everywhere, but in the other hotel they spoke good English. There are many establishments around on the way to the beach and along the streets. There is a shopping center with a large supermarket. We went there often. At the entrance to the stairs there is a watering can for washing your feet after the beach (they also use it to water the flowers). The furniture is not in the best condition and not new, just like the hotel. This is a good hotel and I would probably stay here again. Wi-fi definitely needs to be improved. For regular family calls and social services. There were enough networks.

Although the hotel is new, it is quite convenient to stay in. Daily wet cleaning and towel change. The staff speaks little English, but Google translate helps. The girls at the reception are very friendly and try to help. Wifi is good. There are no particular complaints about this hotel.

The hotel is on the most accessible street. They offer a different menu for breakfast. It’s clean and cozy.

The price was cheap and I booked it just to sleep for a day. The shower was broken, so water was gushing out from the side, and the bedding felt itchy, so I slept wearing long sleeves and long pants. And I just didn't use the disposable items because they were dusty. But the air conditioner works well.

It is the best hotel for 0.5 nights when there are many flights at night. Excellent value for money, and the staff is very friendly.

The room is big and comfortable. It's a comfortable stay. It's clean and refreshing. Parking is convenient. It's worth looking forward to.
