It was cost-effective for a 0.5 night stay on an early morning flight. Honestly, the cleanliness is very disappointing. It was a bit uncomfortable to see ants coming out of the bathroom, and there was no soundproofing at all. Warm water doesn't come out well. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient as it was downtown. Recommended for 0.5 nights

We arrived at this hotel in March 2024 at the start of the high season. We chose a hotel in the center at a reasonable price and were not mistaken. The very center of the city is 3 minutes walk away, just exit the alley and you find yourself in the central square with Lotus. Near the hotel there are several local inexpensive cafes where you can eat both Vietnamese and standard European cuisine (omelettes, coffee, smoothies, pasta, French fries). Also nearby are massage parlors, excursion companies, other hotels, laundries, markets, bike rentals, clothing and shoe stores. We checked in in the evening, there were no problems with check-in. The room on the 8th floor had a partial view of the sea. The windows have good sound insulation, we slept peacefully, even taking into account the busy center nearby. The hotel has free parking for guests, but it is very small, only for mopeds. I liked the pool, clean, refreshing, uncrowded. While it is hot and stuffy downstairs, it is always fresh and nice on the roof by the pool, a great view. On the same floor there is a mini-fitness with a sea view. The bar by the pool was not working. We did not take food at the hotel, so I can not say anything about it. The staff is very friendly, all employees understand English, always helped with any issue. The cleaning service is also always friendly, they cleaned every day, were polite and attentive. The room itself has everything for a comfortable life: a tea set (teapot, napkins, tea, 3-in-1 coffee, spoons, glasses, drinking water 2 x 0.5 per day), refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, slippers, hangers, TV, mirror above the desk, comfortable mattresses and pillows, a large window along the entire wall, partially opens for ventilation, an armchair and a tea table, conveniently located sockets and there is a common light switch by the bed. Hygiene products were replenished every day, towels, snow-white and made of high-quality cotton, were also changed constantly. There are 2 elevators in the hotel, you don't have to wait long for them. I recommend the hotel, for its price a very high level of service and a great location for a tourist who wants to explore the city.
