A lovely budget hotel. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done every day. The corridors have old carpet, but I really liked the chairs made of natural wood. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The only downside was the street noise, but in Vietnam that seems to be unavoidable.

I wanted to check in early. They charged 50% of the room price. The receptionist was not friendly at all. I haven't experienced that in Vietnam before. The room smelled like bug spray when I went in. Very intense. When I came back, a big cockroach jumped out of my bed. There is clearly an investation going on that is not handled properly. The night shift guy was very friendly and sprayed my room again and disposed of the bug I hunted down before asking how to deal with it. I wasn't offered a different room, but im not sure if that would be normal to ask in Vietnam anyway. Generally speaking, the bed was clean. The floor was partially clean. The hallways hadn't been cleaned for years properly. It wasn't expensive, but the standard was much lower than expected for the (not expensive) price.

I recently stayed at Full House Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
