This hotel live up up to the name, Sunrise. Select your room, they delivery. The bathtub is a jacuzzi! TV is a little to localized, international Nwtflix did not work for me but dont care, i wind down perfectly! The food is amazing! The 24hours room service. Very very good taste. Wide breakfast spread! Good coffee. Reasonable priced minibar selection. Hands down, i love this hotel! Be prepared for Security Deposit. Cash preferred. Credit Card refund takes one month at least.

We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, but there are a few nuances worth mentioning. The location is fantastic, and the staff speaks English and is eager to help. They provided us with great recommendations and assisted in booking a spa appointment, for which we are very grateful. However, the hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. There were constant issues with hot water, and we often had to settle for lukewarm showers. The power sockets were loose, and the hairdryer plug kept falling out. While some updates are long overdue, for the price, the location and the hotel still make it a good option.

Very historical hotel, staff are very nice and helpful, especially doorman. They are always cheerful with greetings ar the entrance Food quality is good, breakfast variety has high quality also. Pool is stunning. Hotel is not close to convenient store, good to shop earlier or buy it from mall behind the hotel before the close.

Great location across from the beach, with a mall (Nha Trang Center) and restaurants nearby. Our view was amazing! And the jacuzzi in the room felt so nice!

Excellent hotel, corresponds to 5 stars. Caring staff. Beautiful atmosphere in the hotel. Amazing breakfasts, a wide range of cuisines such as European, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese. The rooms are large, the beds are soft, big balcony with amazing view. There is a swimming pool. On the 10th floor there is an observation deck. The convenient location of the hotel, there are many restaurants around, as well as the sea across the street. I liked absolutely everything. I highly recommend it. There were flies in the room, only two bottles of drinking water were given every day, and I wanted to borrow a knife after buying a mango, but they refused to give it to me! I accidentally broke a cup and had to pay 30,000 yuan! You have to wait for the room inspection before checking out!

Service: I asked the front desk for two more bottles of water but was refused, saying that they had already given it to me during the cleaning that day. This is a reasonable request that no four-star hotel in China would refuse 20 years ago. I don't know who gave it to your five-star hotel. Didn't I ask you many times, how much is a bottle of water? ? I told the front desk that I wanted to talk to his duty manager, and he reluctantly agreed to deliver water. Facilities: We lived on the 3rd floor. There was a very bright searchlight outside the room, which was not turned off until late at night. It was so bright that we couldn't see the sea at all from dusk to dark, and the curtains had to be drawn all the time. I reported it to the hotel, but they said it couldn't be turned off. We chose a sea view room, which was a bit disappointing!
