Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa

The hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud. The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby is on the smaller side, but that's not a major issue. My biggest complaint, however, is the hotel's dining. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and the seafood buffet dinner was even worse! Calling the fish 'rotten' and the shrimp 'stale' isn't an exaggeration at all. There were no complimentary drinks at the buffet; everything had to be paid for separately. The small sea crabs were indeed tiny, probably weighing only an ounce or two. The shrimp meat wasn't firm; it was mushy. I won't go into all the other details, but having traveled to many places around the world, this is the first time I can remember leaving a buffet feeling hungry.

Facilities: On par with a local 5-star, slightly below international 5-star standards. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic, but there's room for improvement in the details. Location/Environment: Beachfront, with a shopping mall nearby and a rooftop bar on the hotel. Service: Excellent service.

Right next to the Intercontinental, I didn't notice at first that it had a sloped balcony. There was a door in my room, probably connecting to the next one, but it was locked, and I couldn't be bothered to switch rooms. The first few nights were quiet as no one was next door. But on the last day, a couple of guys moved in and were shouting in the middle of the night – truly speechless. So, if you get a room with a connecting door, don't be afraid to ask for a change immediately; you'll hear everything happening next door.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite InterContinental and just a three-minute walk to Lotte Mart. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel also provides sun loungers on the beach across the street.

The hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, making it convenient to get to Ghenh Rang Park (Stone Island Cape) and Po Nagar Cham Towers by taxi the next day. The breakfast spread was excellent, and enjoying it in the restaurant with a sea view was very pleasant. The pool was also great.

Waking up to the sunrise right outside my window was amazing! 🌅 The hotel's surroundings are also really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Nha Trang in the future.

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was beautiful and pleasant. Outside the window was a long beach with a refreshing sea view! The only downside was that the soundproofing was a bit poor; the motorcycles passing by on the beach were a bit noisy 😌
