Loved it! I booked this hotel for two days a month in advance, but then realized I wanted to stay longer. When I approached the reception, they said there were no rooms available. So I immediately booked again on Trip.com, and voilà! You really need at least a week here. It's wonderful! The prices are reasonable, and the breakfasts are excellent. This is the best hotel on the entire island. The beach horizon is the best out of all four hotels.

The rooms are dirty. The shower and mirrors were all stained. There were mold spots on the tiles. The bed was covered in dust. It's clear that the cleaning is rushed. The hotel is packed! Apparently, they can't keep up between guests! What particularly upset me was the sewage smell. I woke up in the middle of the night to a horrible stench! The smell was coming from the air conditioner near the door. It's impossible to turn it off from the room. I had to get up in the middle of the night, go to reception, ask them to turn off the air conditioner, and then open the windows to air out the room. As a result, we didn't sleep half the night because of the awful smell! After I went to reception, they sent an employee who went to the floor, turned off the AC, and said we should open the doors for ventilation! Our night's sleep was ruined! The dinners are good and varied, with lots of sweets for kids. However, the breakfasts lean more towards Asian cuisine. There are fried eggs and omelets, but the rest is closer to Chinese food. There are a lot of people on the premises. 90% are Russian tourists, seemingly package tourists. There are so many children! It feels like they're seeing a pool for the first time. They are so noisy that we couldn't lie by the pools for more than 15 minutes. The beach has clean white sand, and the entry to the sea is shallow. If you're coming for just one day for the amusement park, it's fine. But no longer than that! Especially considering the dirt in the rooms and the worn-out renovations.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Mui Ne. It's quiet, comfortable, and perfect for family trips, friends traveling together, or even solo relaxation. Every room features a large private outdoor balcony, and the landscaping is incredibly lush and beautifully designed. There's a huge swimming pool that leads directly to the beach. The restaurant is on the ground floor, right by an outdoor pond filled with various colored lotus flowers – it’s like a picturesque moonlit lotus pond. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The shower and rain shower have great water pressure, and the hot water system is excellent, perfect for relieving stress with a good shower. The hotel also offers friendly and attentive concierge service, promptly addressing any issues – it's very welcoming. Highly recommended! Stay at least 2 days; you won't regret it!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, truly something out of this world. You get aesthetic pleasure both inside and out! The rooms are a bit tired, of course, but it's not critical, everything works. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is excellent: a large and fluffy duvet, comfortable pillows of different types, and silky linens. Nice slippers. A small complimentary item in the minibar, a nice touch. Good, varied breakfast. Now for the unpleasant parts: You can't argue with nature, but the sea is teeming with plankton and jellyfish... Service: This is a definite 3, bordering on a minus. The receptionists don't smile kindly or even try to help, at all. I've never encountered anything like it. On another attempt during peak hour at reception, there was only one lady. Something is definitely wrong with the management there. Furthermore, I ordered room service. It was a 'complicated' order: two burgers, one Caesar salad, beer, and water. They brought the burgers, a Seven-Up, and water. Then they ran to exchange the Seven-Up for beer, but completely forgot about the Caesar salad. Luckily, they didn't charge me for it! But there are many poets, yes, all in gold.

The hotel is really good, with well-maintained grounds, clean and spacious rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners, and friendly staff!

Everything at this hotel is excellent – the beach, the pool, and the delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was great!!! We only booked with breakfast. The hotel gave us a small gift.

Our room, located on the 4th floor of Building 7, was old, tired, and in dire need of renovation. In the bathroom, the faucet-to-shower diverter wasn't working, and periodically, puddles would form from the bathtub and the bidet shower, neither of which we even used. Breakfasts were good. Lunch and dinner were available at the food court or in the amusement park.

Everything was great – the beach, the grounds, and the amazing breakfast. The only thing is that the room needs renovation. Otherwise, everything was super!
