Our group came to check-in at Dear Hotel! late at night, but the wife and Mrs. The owner still stayed waiting to welcome the group. The enthusiasm, sincere and hospitality of Anh Viet and the entire staff at My Dear! made me really happy and impressed. The receptionists must say that they are extremely gentle and cute. The factor of people I vote for My Dear! 10/10 and there is nothing to discuss. The hotel architecture is quite open, the rooms are new, clean and beautiful, the style is simple - luxurious - luxurious - fine but the overall maintains the cozy and close features, creating guests a feeling of relaxation, comfortable, and passionate ”Home Sweet Home”. The food served inside the hotel is delicious, round, and enough portion. The restaurant space is still sophisticated and very lovely. Thank you Nha Trang for giving our guests a very happy and memorable stay experience! Will definitely come back, Dear! on the next Nha Trang trips. highly recommend ＜ 3

Stayed only 1 nite here but all the best is in Dqua Hotel. Before checking to Dqua Hotel, our group had a short trip to Đầm market, Đầm is a bigest market in Nha Trang, if you want to buy gift for your family nowhere better than Dầm Market. After shopping, we moved to Dqua Hotel for checking in. It took us only 5 minutes to get to Hotel. D’qua staff welcome us very profectional, lugguge & welcome drink was readly for us. A cold welcome drink after walking trip was so amazing. Room is beautifull and clean, all our requests for whole old member was arranged standard, we all total satified about room. We had no time to go to the fool, but my friend said that it was chill with panorama view from 31 floor. Breakfast was not too big but enough for us to get energy for next destination, One thing I want to recomment for this Hotel is coffee. I knew Việt Nam is king of coffee but coffee in Dqua Hotel is the best of the best. Lobby staff was welcome & friendly from our arrival to departure. We took lot of pic together. Hope to comeback here in a soonest time to see them again. We hightly recomment this hotel for all.

The location is very easy to find, and the address is known to the driver. It is very convenient to eat nearby. You can take a walk to the beach next night. The most important thing is that the waiters are super nice, and they answer patiently when they ask anything. There is a young lady who is very sleek in Chinese and is cost-effective. Recommend!

Perfect location, just in front of the sea. After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that. Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to. The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby. They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests. They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the pho served in the corner. A little loud on the rooftop, so i asked for a room change. They were very helpful and understanding and changed the room right away. Location is good very close to attractions and shopping.

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

Novotel is an international star hotel. I have stayed there frequently before and the quality is as good as ever. The location of the hotel is great, convenient to go everywhere; the price is also very cost-effective. The breakfast was rich, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and atmospheric.
