Hotels in Pham Van Dong Beach, Nha Trang

A good hotel in the north, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly staff, helped us with a call to taxi, renting of bikes and storing baggage. Cleanness has questions, generally good, but floors dirty, it is impossible to walk in the chest. Towels are not washed, bed linen changes often Breakfast is good, hungry will not remain - prepare eggs or omlets under order, in the rest of the Swedish table - fruits, vegetables, several kinds of hot and soup. The staff of the restaurant is also very cool, all friendly, with a smile I would be happy to return to this place

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at Navada. The Seaview room was spacious and had a luxury feel. Very comfortable bed and accompanying pillows. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered to all. Plenty of food and drink places nearby the hotel. It was good to be away from the main city and had a relaxed vibe to it. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax and also enjoy great views. The only thing that management need to do is fix the missing tiles in the pool and also give it a good scrub. Missing tiles can be dangerous as the other corners are very sharp. Being tiles, they require constant scrubbing as they become greasy. I recommend this hotel to all and would stay again.

Regarding the location and service of the staff, I am satisfied. But there are also some problems that I have had bad experiences here such as: the whole hotel is large but when I asked the receptionist to borrow an iron to iron my clothes, there was none, the bathroom is narrow, the part near the toilet has no drain so the water always stagnates a lot, the room is not soundproof so it is quite noisy when people outside laugh and talk very loudly. During the days at the hotel, my husband and I almost always ate breakfast outside, only on the last day of the hotel did my husband and I have breakfast, then both of us were poisoned, had continuous stomach aches and vomited, had to buy food poisoning medicine to drink... there will be no second time here 🥲

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

Very nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable. Everything was clean. It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner. - The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag. - They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free. - Wi-Fi is fast - the pool on the last floor is good and clean There was YouTube and smart tv. About some issues: - It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs. - They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have - there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves - in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony) But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).

It's actually really good, I mean, the best in all services! The location is also very strategic. I'm not a 'walking' person, but here, i can keep walking as much as I want to visit all the famous recommended places online. The staff are very friendly and kind, not to mention, very sweet people. The food is the best! Anywhere you want to go, food is really a hot topic to be discussed about. But worries aside, the food here is very delicious and you can request the food you want (to Muslim who want to stay here). So overall, I rated this hotel 10 out of 10!

The Hotel had very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and you could sea the sea from the balcony. It was just a short 50m walk to the beach and it was close to nice shops and restaurants.

A lot of good things to say about this hotel. One or two not so good. It is a proper hotel. Full size rooms and a lot of fixtures etc in the room you would normally expect in a much more expensive hotel. The room was a really good size. And as someone lese has noted the pillows are some of the best you can get in Vietnam. There are 3 fast modern lifts.. The few disappointments are : 1) the access road which is just a ‘lane’ and which is a disappointing way to approach such an hotel 2) the bathroom sink hardly gives any water, just a trickle 3) the fridge in the room never really gets properly cold even when it has been working for some hours Overall, the disappointing features are ‘liveable with’. The hotel is ecellent value for money.

A spacious apartment with sea view. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 air conditioners. Hot water. Kitchen, almost with everything necessary. Balcony, washing machine. Good underwear and mattresses. Good soundproofing, with which the problem is usually in Vietnam. From the shortcomings - in the presence of only 1 valve, there is no blade for the cooker and it is necessary to replace the crane in the kitchen.

I want to start with the pluses: very good location, beach across the road, lots of shops on the first floor, cafes. Now the downsides: we were shocked that the apartments were wildly dirty. Furniture in spots, tables filled with some drinks, stove in the residue of dry food, floor sticky and dirty, toilets dirty, plumbing in wild divorces. The first day simply put the order: washing the floor with the means, washing the chef on the couch, washing soft chairs and chairs, washing filters in the air conditioners (their 3) and washing the curtains.
