It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. Stayed here for 23 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't see their bad attitude and use their native language to say bad things about customers at busy times although I saw the crowd are so noise when check in. Really comfortable with their service. The price is a good deal compared to other hotels and their service.

The room is a bit old but well maintained. The service attitude is okay, the breakfast is very good, and the juice is freshly squeezed. In addition, we booked a hotel pick-up, but they forgot... I was very angry at first, but the hotel said they would reimburse the taxi fee. After we arrived, we were proactively upgraded to a room type, minus the cost of a child. We were also given a special car to take us off the island to the new hotel... Very sincere 😂 However, eating in the hotel is very expensive. It is recommended that the hotel send it to the pier to eat.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

I stayed at Condotel for 3 days and 2 nights, it was a great experience. Book a room through Agoda at a very cheap price, plus get a free upgrade to the resort's highest room category, a 2-bedroom pool view. I'm traveling alone so the 70 m2 room is even bigger than my house. The resort has its own Nhu Tien beach, the swimming pool is huge, and the lights are very beautiful at night. It's quite comfortable here as I'm not forced to use the resort's services. For self-sufficient people like me, I prefer to be in control of this. The staff are extremely friendly. The resort is far from the center so it's extremely quiet. 10 points moa moa moa

Very satisfied with the price and service of the hotel. The price of the sea view room is good, the service quality is not bad at all, plus the enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff. All areas of the hotel are kept clean. Overall, my stay at this hotel was so comfortable that I stayed an extra two days.
