⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) This was one of the most disappointing hotel check-in experiences we have had. We arrived late at night with a confirmed reservation for two rooms for our family of four. Instead of checking in and getting some much-needed rest after a long journey, we were left sitting in the hotel lobby for almost two hours, not knowing whether we would even have rooms for the night. The uncertainty and lack of clear communication caused a great deal of stress and frustration. After a long day of traveling, we expected to be resting in our rooms, not waiting in the lobby while the situation was being sorted out. Eventually, the hotel manager got involved, upgraded one of our rooms, and resolved the issue. We appreciate the manager’s efforts, but this should never have happened in the first place. Guests with confirmed reservations should not have to go through such an experience. I would also like to acknowledge Trip.com, whose support team stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire situation and genuinely tried to help. Their concern and communication were much better than what we experienced during check-in at the hotel. I hope the hotel improves its reservation management and check-in process so that other guests do not have to experience the same situation.

No one came to clean. I have never seen a hotel that does not clean every day. Bad review! And there is nothing. It's OK. The location is excellent. It's very close to the waterfall. If you are tired of walking, you can go back to the hotel to rest at any time.

Stayed for 2 days. The facilities are clean, and although it is paid (10 dollars per day), there is parking right across the building, and it is very close to Niagara Falls. The deposit refund is a little late, but I would visit again.
