This was our first road trip as a family, and we all had a blast! 😁 We even found some geocaches, which added an extra layer of fun to our adventure. Today, my daughter and granddaughter are heading back to Los Angeles, but before they left, they wanted to go down to Niagara Falls one last time. It's hard to say goodbye! 🤭

This hotel offers an amazing view of the waterfall, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was especially comfortable. Definitely worth a stay!

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. Considering the room rate of USD 560 per night, the overall quality was far below my expectations. The only highlight was the beautiful view. Everything else fell well short of the standard one would expect at this price point. The hotel does not provide complimentary parking. Guests must park in a lot around the corner, which costs USD 36 per night. The room also did not include complimentary bottled water or slippers—we only received slippers after requesting them from the front desk. Cleanliness was another major disappointment. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell that triggered my allergies. The windows were also noticeably dirty, so even though the view was beautiful, we could only enjoy it through glass covered with smudges and dust. In the hallway, someone had dropped two large pieces of cookie on the carpet, and there were still crumbs left on the floor the following day. Even the bathroom design was poor—the toilet blocked the door, making it difficult to open without pushing hard. However, the most frustrating part of our stay was the restaurant service. During check-in, I asked the front desk if we could add breakfast for one child. The staff member kindly explained that adding it at check-in would be cheaper than purchasing it directly at the restaurant. I agreed and asked them to add one child’s breakfast. They confirmed and said it would be updated in our reservation. The next morning, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that our reservation only included breakfast for two adults and that we would need to purchase the child’s breakfast on the spot. I explained that I had already requested and confirmed the child’s breakfast during check-in. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the server responded, “It’s only a few dollars. It’s not a big difference.” I was shocked by this response. I told them, “This is not about the money. I already made the request during check-in.” Then the manager came over and, in a sarcastic tone, said, “We have no record of the ‘cheaper breakfast’ you’re referring to.” I replied, “This is not about the money, and it is certainly not my mistake. This is an issue with your hotel’s internal communication and reservation system.” Only then did the manager agree to update our reservation so we would not have to pay there. For a hotel charging USD 560 per night, I expected much better cleanliness, organization, and service. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance, lack of attention to detail, and unprofessional attitude completely overshadowed the otherwise beautiful view. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was good and the view was surreal. We had the Riverview side, but Fallsview side would have been better. Service was amazing as expected.

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) Thanks again for making me feel special on my birthday 🫰🏻

Excellent stay! The room had a fantastic view, and the location was perfect – just a 15-minute walk downhill to the biggest waterfall on the Canadian side. The hotel had a lot of amenities, including a lounge and a spa, and our room even had a jetted tub. Overall, I really loved it! It's a shame we only stayed one day; I wish we could've stayed longer! The cleanliness was pretty good, though there were a few spots that were missed, but it was generally acceptable.

I have to give this hotel a bad review. First, the check-in line was incredibly slow; everyone was complaining. It took over half an hour to finally get checked in. I booked specifically for the unobstructed window view, but ended up with a connecting room where the soundproofing was so poor I could clearly hear the kids next door. I went downstairs to change rooms and had to wait another hour for my luggage to be moved to the new room. In the middle of all this, the front desk acted like they didn't understand, saying that window views couldn't be guaranteed. So why do all the room descriptions show unobstructed windows? Who would pay so much money for this hotel if the windows were like this? I wasted over an hour just trying to check in and switch rooms. For this price, the service is truly terrible.

The room offers breathtaking views, allowing you to enjoy tea while admiring the scenery. The hotel restaurant and lobby both feature waterfalls. The facilities are excellent, hygiene is top-notch, and the service is attentive. A truly fantastic experience!

Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the waterfalls. You can enjoy great views of the waterfalls from the hotel rooms or the lobby, and the angle is fantastic. Higher floors offer even better views. Service: The breakfast was good with a rich variety of options, and the service was very welcoming. Facilities: They generally don't provide amenities like slippers, shower caps, or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own.
