Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the ****** and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget.

I love this hotel, great location and service for most of the staff, on top of that, the complimentary of free wine tasting and others value added.

The hotel is in an amazing location, and if you book a Falls View room, you can see the Falls directly from your window, which is definitely a highlight. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall the hotel is a very nice place to stay. The main downside is the parking, which is very expensive, and the shops on the first floor are also extremely overpriced. Two nights are enough, but make sure you have a car so you can drive outside the main tourist area to find better places to eat and explore.
