The Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls

Absolutely amazing as usual thank you again Oaks and see you all in August for my birthday.

Whoever especially in weekday visiting niagara doesnt need to park at their parking lot. Most of them is 50 cad dollar. After leaving the stuff you can park to fallside ****** parking lot which is more cheaper and spacy.

Great place to stay very close to the Falls. Rooms & Service impeccable. Restaurants walking distance. Great prices too. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel in a good location and good access to the fall. The pictures is the view of my room.

We booked the 2-bedrooms-suite for the view and we got what we paid for. The view of the falls from our room is stunning. The furniture is old but still in good condition. No much facilities but clean. Hotel parking is CAD50 +tax.

We booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service. I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement.

Outstanding view of the Niagara Falls. Basic room, small bathroom. Affordable price and friendly staff. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

A cosy and spacious room with overlooking the Falls. And also able to watch the Falls lighting show at the night! Love it!
