Reviews of Ritz Inn Niagara

Hotel is not what they show in the pictures. Room was dirty and smelly. We asked for another room and was told they are all the same. They had drug users staying there and allowing them to use all over their property.

Staff were really cooperative and friendly. Thank you for making my friend’s day special.

Overall good experience

It's close to town center.

The facilities are terrible, but there are no other places nearby where you can stay at this price. Still, it’s not so bad that you can’t sleep there, so I recommend it if you are on a tight budget.

A very nice hotel, not far from Niagara Falls, just a 10-minute walk away, very convenient. You can also enjoy the lively Niagara Falls nightlife area in the evening. The price is very reasonable, and the service is quite good. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good
