I generally liked my stay, but there were a couple of things that could use some improvement. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking instead of the small individual toiletries, it would be great to have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Even a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner would be a nice touch. Additionally, the fan in the room wasn't working properly, so maybe that could be fixed, I felt pretty hot when the fan didn't work properly when I was taking shower. Other than those issues, everything else was fine. Free breakfast are good.

The dryer was totally broken! Dangerous! And they charge a high mount of deposit which is twice of your room fee, but with a totally broken dryer provided.

The place is just right. With price is also right  and can be decent. Breakfast food is just fine better than nothing. No service water in the room for the coffee and tea they’ve provided. So better bring your own bottled water which is very pricey in the area of Niagara.  Nice room though.

Outside looks newly renovated, inside was basic but clean and functional, staff were very hospitable.  Continental breakfast was reasonably good.  Parking was an additional $20 a day so keep that in mind.

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Came home and found bed bugs in my clothing I had in the drawers.

Comfortable/ convenient location/ breakfast/ paid parking.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Great place to stay but little expensive

The room is dark and bath towels are old looks disgusting. The reception guy is rude enjoying.

I didn't know it located close to fallsview casino, besides at opposite side DQ is my favourate burger. The inn provide the breakfast is good above my expected. For the price this time is a good value.

The hotel is situated in a good location around 15 minutes from Niagara Falls
