Around Niagara Falls, there is still a 10-minute drive from the falls. Free parking, delicious breakfast, friendly service staff. Note that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately, we ran into a group of young Chinese postdoctoral fellows, and took our old couple to visit the various attractions of the Great Falls... a very wonderful experience

The rooms were clean and there was ample parking. The hotel is situated right next to Outlet Malls and Highway. Service was excellent and breakfast was very good.

Location convenient, but driveway lead to the hotel is pitch dark at night. First room has smoke smell despite a non-smoking hotel, requested another room. Room was clean , but pillows are not comfortable. hotel should invest more on pillows as this is a direct effect to customers’ quality of sleep. Breakfast was nice, but coffee was watery. There are rooms of improvement.

They could make check in more easy. There is no feature of facial recognition, but they kept on insisting to check in by facial recognition

We slept in the hotel for a night the next day my girl developed a wire rash in her skin that extended it to different areas of her body, and had to go to the Dr, I also eventually started developing the the same.
My advice to anyone is to always check the sheets,

We found the staff at this hotel to be very friendly and helpful.
Being a Hilton Honors member I have been to many prroperties, but I found the staff were all very nice and accommodating at this location.

The claim that they have EV chargers but when I arrived they denied that and The assistant manager is so rude she didn’t even allow me to use the electric socket and they refused to offer any help to provide assistance..

Had to clean the entire room before we could rest….every surface was dirty and the beds were too firm….could not sleep well. The front desk staff were very kind

Few issues with my say. loved the hotel but were told nobody would go in our room until we checked out, but house keeping was in there and and when i said something to the front desk they said the rules. My other issue is quite time ten pm i can say that dont happen Saturday night i may of got three hours because of the room on the fourth floor we could here someone run around all night long . Thank you
