I book this place for free parking. Breakfast is very basic. Location is little far from the attractions

stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn

There are insects flying around inside the room. Cabinet is old, broken, and dirty. Very faul smell which I cannot explain! Lights and switch are broken. Very dusty bedsheets and side tables! I don’t know if they are checking and cleaning rooms before guests checks in!!! Please ensure all the rooms are well lit, smells fresh and clean before your guests comes in especially those who have babies with them! I really can’t take those insect and bugs inside the room!!!!

Every thing was perfect regarding breakfast too service front desk , I can not complain at all , and nice price

The location is amazing. However, the rooms need to be clean more often. Blankets are stained as well as burned from cigarette. Parking is huge and staff is accommodating.

Overall, stay is OK. If you are in Niagara fall, you want a place to sleep and shower and pay a not so exorbitant price. This place serves its purpose. Nothing out of the extraordinary and nothing that is unacceptable. One red bus ride to the fall directing is that you don't want to take your car to the congested fall area.

Beware booking a this one weekends as it’s 5x the regular cost (I paid $253 Saturday night when it’s usually no more than $66 weekdays and you can find it for $50) and you’re better off paying a weekend premium at one of the popular hotels near the strip then you are staying at this bed bug ridden motel far from downtown. Otherwise, I’m the bathroom was clean, supplied hand soap and had good hot water pressure. Included breakfast also wasn’t the worst I’ve had.
