Everything was great except for the bed. It was harder than a rock. The pool was nice. Breakfast was great.

Dirty pool. Water very discolored, bottom of pool was dirty, hair floating. No Hot tub, has been filled in with towel rack put on top. Unswept bathroom floor in hotel room. Stains on bed comforter and sheets, couch. Marks on walls and large chip taken out of tissue box. Had to go down and ask for bodywash, as the refillable containers mounted on the walls in shower were empty. Staff was amazing, very nice, and helpful. Cleanliness was opposite.

First we checked in and realized we could have checked in an hour earlier - website said check in was 4pm but it was 3pm
Then they give us our room key and as we proceeded to make our way upstairs to our room, the elevator sounded like it was going to break / come crashing down. We decided not to use the elevator for the remainder of our stay for fear of getting stuck. When we entered our room, it was extremely dirty. Crumbs, marks on the glass, hair on the towels, and faeces on the toilet. There were cloths left behind on the counters but we were pretty sure nothing had been cleaned. We went to call the front desk. And our phone didn’t even have a cord to call down. After returning from dinner we rentered our room and there was a terrible smell. We could not even stay in our room longer than 2 min because the smell was so terrible. The anointing room to ours was noisy and we could hear their conversations. When we went downstairs to switch rooms, one of the receptionists tried to just “clean our room” but thankfully we were able to switch to another room. This room had blood stains on the couch and lampshade but we were told it was the last
Room available. Very disappointed with our stay!

Overall excellent stay for the price paid! Staff was friendly and breakfast was good! Close to the falls and alot of shopping. Only negative was could be cleaner.

The room was not cleaned well, has a terrible smell, the beds had a Musty smell. There was visible damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. Hair in the tub, and the bathroom counter was not clened well.
The tv did not work at all.
The breakfast, was ok, no bagels, amd coffee weak.

Quiet place, close to shopping and restaurants
Unfortunately we could not use pool has it was overtaken by family of 7 who taught the pool was give them they did not care that we were in trying to get to swim , they were too busy by jumping an running around so we only managed to get in and could not do anything more

The stay was great! The breakfast left something to be desired. It was supposed to open at 7 and there were not eggs until 730. Additionally the woman running the breakfast was extremely rude to a group of foreigners. They didn’t understand the set up and put toast in the waffle iron. She yelled and carried on without an ounce of understanding. She said- “you are in America, we use toasters for toast here”. There was absolutely no harm done by what they did. The machine simply made some extra noise. Her actions were so uncalled for. It left a completely bad feeling for this property.
