Great service at the front desk. I had made a typo on the guest name and was worried I wouldnt be able to check in. Trip com travel agent and the hotel worked together to note the error and let us keep the reservation.
I was impressed with the location and cleanliness.

房間很大 有微波爐與冰箱是一個優點其他都很好 靠近市中心坐車很方便 很不錯的體驗 比較喜歡地段。其他都OK 有免費的接送巴士去景點 很方便

房間比較乾淨，衞生。但早餐非常簡陋，品質低劣。服務可以説是最奇葩，沒有之一。入住時要求提供訂房人護照，並複印留存。退房時還要先檢查一下房間。本人住過美國幾十家酒店，從未遇到上述情況，感覺是被區別對待。差評！！！

Booked this property for a nice get away for New Years. 3 days and 2 nights is what we stayed. Arrived to the hotel and once I went to check in there was a funny smell in the lobby, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. The manager was very nice and he helped me check in fast and easy. We went to the back to park my car and went up to the room. Once we got inside, the room exceeded our expectations of what we thought it was going to look like, and it was exactly like the photos so 10/10 for that. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. Cons: if you’re looking to workout, the gym is awful, it’s 3 cardio machines, but there is a gym about 5 mins away. Also, the fridge didn’t work. Which we didn’t realize until the next morning when we opened it and it was warm, realized the temp was at 4 so I moved it to 0, we went out that night and came back and it was still warm, so unfortunately we had to throw our food out at this point, and lastly, there are two trucks that park in the back, when we came home the second night the parking lot was full and there was no where to park and we were unsure if we could park by the trucks in case they move, so we had to make our own parking spot.
All in all it’s a great location, 15 mins to the falls, everything you need is within walking distance and I would for sure stay there again when the time comes.

We checked in a few hrs ago. I asked the front desk attendant (Sanjeev)if we can have adjoining rooms because i have an elderly brother who needs my help. He said nothing was available. So he gave two rooms apart. Then in one of rooms the tv wasn't working so he had to move us to another room. And what do you know it was an adjoining room. So i told him he lied to us and he said he thought the room wasnt clean. But he still didnt give us an adjoining room! The phone doesn't work in either room! I called him again and he said the room phones dont work. I am really stressed because my brother doesn't have a cell phone so during the night i will have to go over to his room to check on him instead of calling him or him calling me. This is going to be a horrible night for both of us. We are vacation and this really put a damper on our time here.

Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had were the towels. Most of our towels had yellow stains, which were not appealing. Other then that, that room was clean and beds where comfy

I visited this place when it first opened and it was beautiful of course but now it’s run down and it smells really bad. Stale odor and the bathroom was filthy. Hotels have to understand that the upkeep is what’s important and keeps customers returning. Not just a cheap price. I will not return here
