"Hotel room is super big is like suite. Price is reasonable and the room has the Canada horsefall view. Stayed at level 30 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Heard about some review said the hotel reception will ask you top up to change to room that has us+canada view but that didn’t happen to us. A very pleasant stay, breakfast is very good and there is a welcome drink to redeem before 6 pm haha. Tips: directly in front of the hotel got a funicular can bring you to the falls."

"The hotel common areas and its processes seem quite dated, but generally still a pleasant stay overall. Clean, spacious, modern-looking, and quiet room. Good view of Niagara Falls, both at the lift lobby and restaurant/cafe. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with bathtub (instant hot water for shower/bath), TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops near the lobby). Parking is available at a fee, albeit expensive. Has Starbucks and souvenir shop at the lobby. Offers free wine / beer sampling and WeGo bus transport card for sightseeing."

"Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat."

"The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better."

"The kids liked it, mainly to play in the water park attached to the hotel. The price might be a bit expensive just looking at the hotel; the room was average, but the hotel's water park was nice and big, with a game room, and various activities and performances suitable for kids at night; free parking; there was nothing around, so it was more appropriate to buy the hotel's meal package; it was very close to the US-Canada border, but there were roads under construction nearby, so you might end up at the US-Canada border if you're not careful."

"It was new or under renovation, and interior construction was underway. There was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. I arrived before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., so I asked them to store my luggage, and they showed me to a room that was ready. The room was minimal, but very luxurious, and you can walk to the city center, so it's enough for those who want to have fun."

"The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel..."

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, with undisturbed views of all three falls. Hospitality is as expected from Marriott. Within walking distance to many eateries and the falls. Highly recommended to select the rooms that guaranteed views of the falls, with great sunrise views in the morning, and fireworks and light show at night.

LLizMorWe stayed for 3 nights. We had to contact the front desk a couple of times and we had what we needed within 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. We enjoyed the indoor pool all 3 days. The location is perfect to visit the falls.

SSheriyuiLocation and services are good. You can see the Niagara falls from the room. Rooms are a bit old and worn down though. Sound proofing is quite bad so we can hear people in the hallway and other rooms.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

MMissNot the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated. I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature. Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay

GGuest UserI booked a King-size bed suite for Labor Day weekend from here and then read so many negative comments about it (well I normally read the reviews before booking a stay but this time was a last minute booking and I found a good deal with only a couple suites left so I booked it right away), so I was worried. As many reviewers wrote the line to check-in was long (it was 3:45pm when we got there), yet there was a note saying they are currently updating the system/software, and the manager did come out and apologized for the wait by saying she was short of staff. Also, before Starbucks closed the staff made some ice capp (sample size) for the line. Both the manager came out addressing the wait and the coffee were nice gestures. Throughout the 20 mins wait I did see a few transaction problems with credit cards not going through and booking issues from specific booking sites. When it was our turn, the guy who served us did not greet us but only asked for my last name and then told me there was a parking fee and resort fee, and told me 2 times that there would be a $150 deposit, which I knew beforehand, and then asked me to sign. From the indifferent facial expression on the 3 check-in staff I could tell they had a long (and possibly rough) day enduring the frustration from the technical issues and customers who might have bias from reading negative reviews before coming. While I am a customer expecting good customer service, believing they should portrait the expected professionalism, that includes at least a decent greeting and smile which I can normally get from a cashier at a supermarket, I would lower my expectation this time to not let anything affect my mood with my loved one for this stay. Maybe I had expected worse, but honestly this was actually not bad at all. (On our way up we came across 2 cleaning ladies who greeted us with smiles) So we got a suite on the top floor - I must say it is super clean and pleasant! The toilet tank has a little leak to the bowl so there is a small ongoing water sound but that is the only imperfect thing inside the suite. I am very pleased with the room. I read before about someone drank the bottled water and got charged, there's actually a price tag/note on the bottle. So to be fair people need to read for what is communicated to you. To make the resort fee well spent I had a swim before it closed (although it is expensive to pay $20 for a swim and it is hard to agree with such ”resort fee”). Again, it was clean and pleasant. The water wasn't warm enough for small kids as I saw some could only stay for a few minutes then left, so it was good for real swimmers like us who could enjoy a small-kids-free swim time. Many booking sites said there is a sauna room but we couldn't find one, the staff at the reception said he didn't know there is one, and we caught another staff near the pool and asked and he said many years ago there was one but not anymore. The daily specials at the restaurant Don Cherry and the breakfast menu are costing nothing more than any other entry level restaurants/chain eateries nearby so I think it is good and convenient to just dine in downstairs, especially on rainy days. So I am writing this to provide a more balanced view. I believe many who think their expectations unmet would vent by writing a bad review, and I do believe bad experiences do happen, yet at the same time most won't care to share their experiences if things are fine and okay. For me, after reading so many negative comments I feel that I can give my honest review to show the other side of the coin - This is only fair for the hotel and the staff who did do a great job, like the staff, Eva, who cleaned our room, and those who stock the pool with clean towels and keep the area clean :-) (My deposit was clear upon check-out, unlike some reviewers wrote that they did not get back the money after a week) Read less
