Excellent location, spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, and a delicious and varied breakfast with both sweet and savory options, including fresh fruit and products. Just a 15-minute walk from Massena Square. Great value for money when booking through Trip. Highly recommended!!!

Good lacation to visit Nice. Not too far from the beach, good to swimming and dining on the beach.

The location is great. Service at reception is excellent. Unfortunately it is a budget hotel. Rooms are old and small. Could hardly fit the three of us. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but the dining area was full of people and the food was almost all gone at 10am. Freshly squeezed orange juice saved the morning.

The branded chain hotel is quite good, with a good location. The hotel has paid parking for €19/day, which isn't cheap but is convenient and safe. The bathroom and shower room are fairly large. Breakfast is served from 5:30 am to 11:00 am, which was very thoughtful; although the selection wasn't extensive, the food was delicious, and there was a good variety of drinks.

The location is good, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However, the room was small and the facilities were average, with no refrigerator and laundry facilities down the street. The seagulls were noisy in the mornings.

A good area with many bars and restaurants, within walking distance of the old harbor. There are a few parking spots nearby, free on the street on Sundays. Parking is available at the hotel, and additional paid underground parking (Barla) is nearby. A solid choice.

The location is excellent, and both the old town and the new town are within walking distance. The supermarkets and restaurants are just a few steps away.
