Reviews of Residhome Nice Promenade

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bus stop is 3 minutes away, and you can easily walk to the beach and city center. The building may look a bit old but the inside is really nice. The reception staffs are very friendly. The room we stayed in was really nice. We had a kitchen that came with all the items we needed - plates, pots, cutlery and so on. Some downside was that you need to throw out all the garbages yourself at the end of your stay, which is not a big issue. And also the AC was sometimes not working so great. Overall it was a pleasant stay! Highly recommended.

Location was great. Parking was a nightmare though. Our rental car was damaged.

Great studio room, lovely little balcony spotlessly clean. Great location. We stayed April so it wasn't hot weather thankfully as the air conditioning didn't work very well in our room. Which had it been summer I think would of been a problem. I would recommend and stay again very good value for money. The roof terrace is brilliant but would be better with more chairs etc.

Pros: Location (4/5): Conveniently located with a balcony offering a standard street-view. Cons & Dealbreakers: Inflexible Service (2/5): The in-room amenities provided were extremely insufficient. For a 4-day (3-night) stay with double occupancy, only 2 packets of instant coffee were provided. My request for an additional 2 packets at the front desk was explicitly denied, resulting in a poor customer service experience. Hygienic and Pest Issues (3/5): There was noticeable insect activity in the room. During my 3-day stay, I found and killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and 2 ants in the room, indicating that basic pest control and cleanliness standards were not met. Ineffective Facilities (3/5): The in-room dishwasher was practically useless, failing to clean dishes at all. After running a full cycle, the dishwasher tablet was only half dissolved, suggesting a logical flaw in the equipment, such as insufficient water temperature or a faulty water circulation system.

Very decent apartment hotel with everything necessary in rooms for cooking some simple food, drinking wine etc. The location is just a bit out of center and la gare.

Very good stay. We spent 4 nights. The only issue was the microwave, but they fixed it right away!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff member was pleasant, and we had no issues parking in the underground garage. We paid an additional fee on-site for parking and the city tax. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired: - Only hand soap and shower gel were available (and not refilled after the previous guests). - There were ants crawling on the floor. - The toilet brush was dirty from previous guests. - The cleanliness of the toilet itself was questionable.

Excellent location, helpful receptionists, everything you need in the room. However, the fact that there is no cleaning services at all for a 4 night stay is disappointing...

Overall rating is good. The only complaint that I have is the water pressure for shower is really low.

clean, comfy bed convenient location (close to the beach, supermarket, cafes)

Great location, but on a noisy street - earplugs is a must.

Clean and nice hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but not too far.

Nice clean rooms and receptionist are very nice and helpful

good place. Highly recommended for everyone to stayed!!!!
