Hotel d'Ostende

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, tidy, and bright. The staff are friendly and polite, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel also has an elevator, which made for a great experience! Highly recommended!

This was a terrible stay. The overall environment was dirty and messy, and the facilities were old. The hygiene was really concerning. The service attitude was perfunctory, and responses were very slow, showing a complete lack of basic service awareness. The most outrageous part was that there was no duvet in the room, only a thin sheet, so it was too cold at night to get any proper rest. The value for money is extremely low. I definitely do not recommend staying here and will not be coming back.

This hotel is right next to the train station, and very close to both the metro and railway, making it easy to get to the beach. The indoor facilities are excellent, though the room was a bit small. It's true there are only blankets instead of duvets, but it wasn't cold because you can ask for more blankets or just turn on the air conditioning. Overall, it's definitely worth it and offers great value for money.
