Very convenient. Room is not big but sufficient. U can enjoy hot drinks or water in the lobby. City view is not pleasant though but u can keep curtain shut.

The staff was excellent and polite. Helped us all through. Free water, coffee and tea in the lobby was a great plus. The only thing, the place is quite dated. Not as new as it looks in pictures. Regardless, the stay was pleasant, the staff and amenities made up for that.

I make the booking for 2 night and I try to cancel it at the same day. You can imagine that they didn’t return the refund and they take 2 night for the no show. I cal them at the same booking day.  And I inform them that at least take one night. Again they refuse to refund.  I’m advice you not to deal with such hotel. Or at least you need to take care when you pay to them in advance

Compared to the other Happy Culture hotel next door, this one is significantly better. It's clean and tidy, and the towels aren't yellowed like at the other place. Our private group was originally arranged for two people per room, but I booked an extra room for myself. It had a big balcony, making it more spacious and comfortable. The next day, we went out to eat and explore, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is great, less than a ten-minute walk from the train station. If you want to go to the beach, it's a 20-30 minute walk or less than a ten-minute bus/tram ride. The front desk staff are very helpful, and coffee/water/small pastries are available all day. They also offer beach towels. The only downside is that the cleanliness needs improvement; the bathroom doesn't stand up to close inspection.
