I came from Japan for tourism. The location was perfect, close to the station and very easy to access the seaside. Moreover, all the staff were extremely kind and very attentive, which made my stay absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice! I will not hesitate to come back here on my next trip. Thank you for these 3 wonderful days!

I absolutely loved the courtyard. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything they offered was delicious, especially the daily bakery items – so good that I had no desire to eat out! The yogurt and muesli were also excellent. The one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen was perfect for families. The front desk and all the staff were incredibly friendly (especially after coming from Paris, haha!).

This is truly a residence, not a hotel! Excellent service, very attentive staff. It was the best accommodation in Nice! Very quiet and you can't hear the neighbors. The inner courtyard is wonderful, it's great to sit there in the evenings. My next trip will definitely be to this residence!

Highly recommend! This aparthotel is fantastic. The common areas are huge and there's a beautiful garden to enjoy. The room was very clean and came with coffee, snacks, water, and even cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful; she gave us tips on local attractions and routes, and always greeted us warmly whenever we saw her. We had a wonderful time in Nice.

We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back. Breakfast was really delicious and would recommend. The day we ordered breakfast it was raining so we didn’t get to have it in the garden but have it in our rooms which was even better. The service here is great and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. One small thing to note is the wall is a bit thin so if you are a very light sleeper might be something to consider. But to us the service really makes up for the tiny inconvenience.

This was my first trip to Europe, and I was a bit worried about drinking water, so having free water provided daily was incredibly helpful. The hotel lobby and rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Old Town. All the staff were friendly and smiling, making my stay very comfortable. If I ever come back to Nice, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
