If you book a room at this hotel, say goodbye to sleeping. Our room was located between their shared bathroom, and the area where they change the laundry. Every morning at around 7 AM we were awaken by the bathroom door banging in & out, the roomservice changing the laundry, and loud voices screaming with no regard for our sleep & privacy. On top of that, the room was extremely small, half the closet couldn’t even be used because it was blocked by the nightstand, making it impossible to use the safe inside. Overall the room was way too small for 2 people.

The staff, both at reception and during breakfast, were pleasant. It was clean, quiet, and in a good location.

Very disappointing stay. From the first day of our stay, the shower was essentially unusable. The drain was completely blocked, and every time the water was turned on, it immediately overflowed from the shower area and flooded the bathroom floor. The shower area itself was extremely small, making it difficult even to turn around, and the sink was also tiny and impractical. After reporting the issue, reception gave us the key to another room and told us to use that room for showering. However, the room had not been cleaned at all and was still a complete mess from the previous guest. We also requested a refund for one unused breakfast before departure. Reception confirmed that the refund would be processed, but no refund was ever received. When we followed up by email afterwards, we were told that a refund was not possible. An unusable shower, being sent to an unclean room, and a promised refund that was later denied made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Perfect!!! Absolutely everything – from its central location in Nice to the optimal comfort, coziness, and amenities, decent breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! All the positive things mentioned in other reviews about this hotel truly reflect reality. Well done, keep it up!

The room is very small, no refrigerator in a hot weather.

A fantastic hotel, close to the old town and all the attractions. Comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfasts are tasty, with something for everyone. And the staff are always helpful and smiling. I highly recommend it.

small but friendly reception cosy but quiet room the buffet at the breakfast was quite small, we have been there around 9 and it was quite empty - no more bread, cheese… bad coffee all in all nice hotel, next time we would book without breakfast

Very good location from the hotel. Close to the central square. We took a room with a balcony, the room is excellent in size. The bathroom is also good in size. There is a coffee maker in the room, you can make tea and coffee. There is also a coffee machine at the reception, you can make coffee and tea. And get drinking water. There are sweets and lemonade. The breakfast is very good. Before booking, I read that many people are not satisfied with the soundproofing. There was only one room next to us occupied and you could hear the door slamming and talking through the wall, but everyone went to bed after 22:00-23:00, so we slept well. And for this case, there are earplugs in the room.
