It was a great experience staying here. It was my first time to Nice The location was superb, easy to locate from the train station and from the hotel room, I could catch a good view of the Christmas parade which coincided with my stay. It wasnt noisy although i was on the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with much choices and the good recommendations for the restaurant by front desk was excellent.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Location is very good, close to the main drag, walking distance to the beach, old town and the harbour. Breakfast is priced reasonably with ample choices. However, private car parking is very expensive €25 which is extortionate.

I liked the resort atmosphere of the palm trees in front of the door, and I also liked the location of this hotel chain. From the airport to the hotel, take the tram L2 and get off at Jean Médcine station, or take the train and exit at Gare de Nice ville station. It can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The location is very suitable for traveling around Nice. Train tickets, one-day passes, and tram tickets can be purchased with a credit card. In addition to the advantage of convenient transportation, this hotel is quiet and quiet. The main street on the side leads directly to the Coastal Avenue. The main street church and large shopping mall are very close. Various shops including Zara and Mango are very close. There is a large supermarket just a few steps downstairs, and shopping is also available. So convenient!
There is a courtyard in front of the door. The green plants bring a sense of atmosphere. The window view is not monotonous. The surrounding buildings are elegant in color. There is a photo wall to display the balcony, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The beautiful woman at the front desk was polite and enthusiastic, and the breakfast was rich, including cheese and raw ham. Speaking of the room, it smells fresh and is very clean. It is bigger than expected and warm as spring. It is very comfortable for a winter vacation.
Nice is a very dynamic coastal city. The surrounding Menton and Eze are very beautiful, and Monaco, Cannes, and Antibes are also easily accessible by train.
