My room was a little bit old, breakfast was minimalistic in french style) They are trying to save energy energy a lot... So, my air conditioning didn't warm my room and it was a little bit cold in December. At the same time, not energy efficient outdoor lighting was working whole morning))
Honestly speaking 4 out of 5 is good.
Next time will search other hotel...

Hotel is just a few minutes 🚶 from Nice Gare 🚄 . classic room is just good enough for 1 person. Dont really recommend if the price of the room is over 100 euro. It is not worth it.

The waiters are all very kind and friendly.
The hotel has an elevator and coffee is free all day.
Let’s talk about the disadvantages:
You must not stay here with children. There are many very sharp metal right angles in the room, which is very dangerous⚠️.
Breakfast is really not that good. There are several kinds of bread and a little yogurt. They have not been changed after three days of stay. In other words, it has always been like this.
The hygiene is not good either. After staying here, I had severe allergies all over my body. It should be because the bedding was not cleaned and disinfected.
The tableware used for breakfast was very dirty and stained, making it really hard to eat.
