Good experience! Excellent quality/price ratio! Good buffet breakfast! Essential but modern and practical services! Good cleaning and courtesy of staff!

We were unable to honor this reservation because the management kicked us out. And no longer wants us in the establishment. Reporting facts produced 3 months ago without any real tangible evidence. And insinuating that during our stay from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 September we made the room unrentable. Which is not true. But it is words against words. However, during the day on Thursday the staff who take care of the rooms were not there and no one entered the room. We were absent on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Knowing that during the night of Wednesday there was no more evacuation in the bathroom And odors came up. We wanted to report it to the housekeepers. Those who were there told us (we do not take care of rooms). And Friday morning the management treated us like s... We don't give the benefit of the doubt. Nor possible discussions. By accusing us as if we were less than nothing. And my father who is a fragile sick person (suffering from several pathologies including a long illness), came out very hurt by this story and these exchanges. He had several fainting spells including a stay in the emergency room. The accusations of the Director are unfounded. When there are really smells it can be felt. And that was not the case. We demand an apology from the director. And ask them to reverse their decision to ban us from their establishment. This is a shame because it is a hotel that we appreciated. 10 minutes from the Eleclerc center. Close to the tram. The reception and bar staff are friendly. During our previous reservations, the staff made our stays very pleasant. We want to be able to come back and stay at this hotel. Have a calm and relaxed discussion, put things back on track and be able to start again on a good basis.

Quasi-4-star hotel, although in the suburbs of Nice, but the surrounding quiet 🤫 There is also a bus stop at the door to take a taxi to the city center. In short, the price is very high and it is a good choice.

The room is large, fully functional, has a refrigerator and TV, and is very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to eat around! Very satisfied, very close to the beach, the boss is very nice

This hotel has a super location, close to so many restaurants, main shopping centre, close to the Beach and Promenade, everything in walking distance. It’s a quaint little 3Star Hotel, doesn’t try to be anything they are not. The lobby is small but cosy and they helpfully store your luggage for you if waiting or after you leave. The rooms are fine and clean, yes with very red carpet! There is a Safe in the wardrobe, but it’s so high I had to take a chair and stand on it to access it. Why would you put it so high people can’t reach it ? Many people or elderly wouldn’t be able to stand on the chair to use it or it would be dangerous. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Liobor (sorry if spelt wrong) the Turkish lady. I didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment. I would definitely stay again. Good wifi.

The sea view is outside the window. It's very nice. A big bed is enough for two people to sleep in, and there is a recliner for sunbathing. The balcony is not big and there is no French style, but it is worth it to see the sea view. The bathroom is also relatively large. It's just that it's really too expensive in the peak season. It's almost 4,000 a night, but it doesn't feel like 4,000. The cost performance is not high. It's more cost-effective in the off-season

Pros: Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the sea. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Location was flawless. Cons: The breakfast was amazing, but the options were the same every day without any changes. Gym was almost non-existent. The dinner options were heavily mushroom/truffle focused which made it difficult for me who suffers with allergies to them.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are exceptional, especially Saloua who was all smiling, warm, very kind and friendly. However the experience would have been perfect if the bed mattress was updated as we struggled all night and woke up with sore back. The gentleman at the front desk on duty at 2am (8 April) offered solutions which is appreciated. Will definitely recommend and go back, hopefully then the bad mattresses are replaced!

The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.
