The location is perfect because it is next to the Niigata station. However, there were not many things to eat in the morning restaurant.

Convenient location, 7-11 right beside the hotel lobby and very near train station and taxi stand

Can’t beat the location, it’s right next to 7-11 and the sake museum, and directly accessible from the JR station. The breakfast is fabulous and generous. Love it.

The environment is comfortable and the transportation is convenient, so this is the hotel my family and I choose first every time we come to Niigata, Japan.

It's unsightly when hotel staff are evasive and make excuses. ✖︎ It's not good to suspect a guest when checking in by saying I don't have a reservation. In the end, I had a reservation. Other Mets are fine, but the ones in the provinces are no good. 🙅 ✖︎ At the Tokyo Mets, the bathtub and toilet are in separate rooms, but at the Niigata Mets, the toilet and bathtub are in the same room, so I won't be able to use that anymore.

There doesn't seem to be much to comment on this business hotel. It is pretty good in all aspects. The rooms are not big, and the hotel has a laundry room. More importantly, it has the best location. You don't have to exit the station and can go directly through the corridor. It is right next to the Cocolo Commercial Street in the station, making it very convenient for travel and dining. The included breakfast is at Uonuma Kamazura downstairs, and the hotel's decoration is quite distinctive.

The hotel is right next to Niigata Station, with direct access from the third-floor exit, which is very convenient. The hotel is average in size but the bathroom is not cramped, which is a good comment. The room is also relatively new. It's just that the breakfast is really lackluster, there is nothing to eat at all, but the breakfast is not expensive. Will stay again next time.

I used this hotel during a trip to Niigata. It's directly connected to Niigata Station so the location is great, and the room and service were impeccable. There was a water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby, and a 7-Eleven just outside the hotel, so I had no trouble staying there.

It is located in the same building as JR Niigata Station, very convenient if traveling by train. Breakfast has a good variety. The room is clean and has a bathtub.

It's right by the south exit of the station! It's nice to have a hotel near the station when it's raining ^_^ The main shopping area is on the north side of the station, so it's a quiet area on the opposite side. There is no convenience store at the hotel, but there is one nearby. It's not in the main shopping area, but there is a quiet shopping area towards the south exit, so it's sufficient. I think the breakfast is good for a business hotel! I think they prepare lunch, but if you go late for breakfast, you feel rushed. It can't be helped (lol)

The location is very good. You can walk to the station. But why don't you want to put a quilt cover on the quilt?
