The staff were incredibly attentive, which made our trip really enjoyable. My mother and I were doing separate activities, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were to that.

Close to Furumachi, it's easy to park if you're driving and more convenient for getting around than staying near the station. If you're taking the train, it's a bit further from the station, but still within walking distance.

Typical Japanese “business hotel”, compact and clean. Minimal but friendly and polite service. Really good for a sudden need for a night to sleep.

It was a slightly older hotel, a little distance from Niigata Station, but it was clean and nice. Also, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which I appreciated.

The hotel itself was decent. However, due to the rigid check-in process in Japanese hotels, I had to wait until 3 PM to check in, so I went to store my luggage in the morning and continued my trip. The room was a bit small, and what was unusual was that many items had to be retrieved from the first floor, which was slightly inconvenient; the microwave wasn't on my floor either, which was a bit of a hassle! The breakfast was truly excellent, the restaurant had a great view, and the food was plentiful and delicious. However, I didn't understand the opening hours of the public bath; men couldn't shower in the morning and could only shower in the evening! I checked out late at noon, and the front desk charged me for two extra hours, even though it wasn't that long, which significantly diminished my overall impression!

I had a get-together in Furumachi, and the hotel was conveniently located nearby. They also had a selection of shampoos and conditioners available for rent. There was a large public bath, although it was at a set time, which I was very happy about!

It was a clean hotel with good value for money. It felt a bit cramped, but it wasn't bad for a solo traveler. The only downside was the lack of restaurants nearby.

The freezer in the refrigerator was too small and didn't cool at all. The TV wasn't working, so I moved to another room, but the room next door was noisy, and moving again would have been too much trouble, so I gave up.

I used the affiliated parking lot, but the nearby coin-operated parking lots were cheaper. It would be nice if there were more discount services.

Great value for money. The twin room was just the right size, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The woman who handled my reservation inquiry was incredibly helpful and considerate. The building itself is old and the walls are thin, but the room was spacious and comfortable. It would be nice if there was an option for a plan without breakfast. I wasn't asked for my parking ticket at check-in, and I almost forgot it at check-out. It would be helpful if the hotel staff mentioned this beforehand.

The breakfast was delicious, and it's close to a bar district, so I highly recommend it. I will use it again.
