Guest UserThe exterior is quite worn out. However, when you arrive, check-in is quick and efficient. The lounge has dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream and other items that children will enjoy. The room is quite average. They ask that you boil water before drinking. They bring it to you if you ask, but I wish they kept it on hand. Also, the futon is thin. These are the two negative points. The food is not extravagant, but the variety is sufficient and satisfying. The hall is rather bland for a dining area, though. What is particularly noteworthy here are the staff. You can feel that everyone is trying their best to provide the best hospitality possible. They are working very hard.

aaron12The transportation is convenient in front of Niigata Station. You can take the bus from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. The room is not big and has an integrated bathroom. It feels a bit like a business hotel. Even after checking out, you can eat in the public area after buying food at the seafood market.

It was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath.
The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably.
The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good.
I think it is a good hotel in Cospa.
It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.

My son and I stayed one night in the cheapest room without meals.
It was an old inn, but it had an open-air bath and was not too bad.
There were three smoking areas, and from the smoking area in front of the large bath we could enjoy a leisurely cigarette while looking out over the garden.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from Niigata Station, there is a convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants and food around.
The room is spacious, comfortable, bright and clean! Highly recommended

I often stay at Livemax when I travel to other regions. It's very close, about a 3-minute walk from Niigata Station after taking the direct limousine bus from the airport. The return bus stop for the airport, number 18, is also nearby, so it's easy to move around even with a suitcase. The front desk staff are very polite in their explanations. Since it was just one night, the room was spacious enough, most amenities were included, and the facilities had been newly replaced, so it was comfortable.
Also, there is a microwave here, so it's great to be able to heat up the local food you take home!
The elevators are crowded at check-out time, as mentioned in the reviews, but I checked out at 9:50 and it didn't affect me.
I think it's fine as long as you check out a little outside of peak hours.
If I have the chance to come to Niigata, I'll use it again.

It is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. I basically have a translator. I’m fine. Thank you. I’m sorry to hang up my mouth and basically talk about everything. 😃 Oh yes, the hygiene is really good. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂

The hotel is very good. They helped us store our luggage in advance. When we came back from our trip, our luggage was already there. The hotel is a little old, but it still has everything we need. There was a football game on the day we stayed. Other hotels cost thousands of yuan, but this one was reasonably priced. It's only a 5-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. There are many izakayas and ramen restaurants nearby. You can eat after the game before going back.

The surrounding is very quiet. It is not in the downtown area. There are bookstores, shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
The room was a good size. The heater was too strong and a bit hot (lowest setting)
