I was traveling with my parents and was attracted by the eye-catching headline of "Open-air Private Bath". I specially arranged to visit Nikko Chuzenji Temple and decided on this hotel without hesitation. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that the private hot spring bath cannot be used in December due to water pipe freezing. I felt that Ctrip had not communicated well with the hotel and immediately questioned the false advertising. It is understandable that the use is suspended due to seasonal reasons, but at least it must be stated on the website (guests can choose Selfless soup room). Finally, I waited for nearly 20 minutes and repeatedly confirmed the promotion on the Chinese website before telling me that it could be used again. I don't know what the reason is?

I like the hotel very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. Although the hardware is not very new, the service and atmosphere are really considerate. There are drinks in the lobby, mulled wine and coffee, and a big stove. Come in and sit in the snow. It's so warm and feels like home. ! There is a way to get in from the main road, but there is a shuttle bus, and the uncles and sisters who drive are very nice. One day after hiking, I got off the bus and was thinking that there was still 500 meters of uphill to go back to the hotel when I saw a car next to me coming to pick us up. Oh, I was so moved instantly! It turns out that the bus goes back and forth and waits at the station. Remember that stop is 33A. Dinner is different every day. We stayed for three days, so it was quite satisfactory! Bathing in the hot spring is very good, I especially like the open-air one. There are woods outside. By the way, there are monkeys in the woods, a group of them, they live in harmony! My friend said that he must ask me to mention that there are little baskets to store clothes and other things when bathing. This is very thoughtful.

The hotel is very hygienic and the hotel staff are polite. The only thing is that the dinner portion provided by the hotel is relatively small. And no paid food is available. All paid food was sold out early in the morning. If you want to go to a convenience store, it will take at least 15 to 20 minutes. Men may need to pay attention

The hotel's shuttle bus does not run several times a day. You need to make a reservation in advance. There is a bus to the foot of the mountain. It is not easy to push up the mountain if you have large luggage. The hotel's welcome drink is good, including soft drinks and beer, champagne. The room is small, the Japanese-style sheets and quilts are a bit thin, and it will be cold at night. The hot spring is mixed with a lot of floating matter in it. I don’t know if it’s the keng or the substance of the hot spring itself. The smell of sulfur is very strong. After taking a bath, there is still a sulfur smell. It should be a very authentic hot spring. The open-air hot spring has no small scenery and a lot of ****s. Is there any ****s to soak in? The set meals for dinner and breakfast are the worst among the two meals I have stayed at in so many years. I didn't finish it because it was so bad. There were two ham sausages in the breakfast. I have never seen such a perfunctory set meal. In short, this hotel is in a state of decline. Not recommended at all

The overall hotel was great, especially the location overlooking the lake, and the open-air bath was very nice. But dinner was below expectations. Even though the cost was not that cheap, the meal was quite unsatisfactory.

Environment: You have to drive, there is no commercial supporting environment, just green plants Service: There is no service. Anyway, just use the facilities by yourself and no one will care about you, which is pretty good.

The temperature control of the hot springs was not good, and my morning bath was lukewarm and my body was not warmed up. The open-air bath in the guest room is not a hot spring. There is no characteristic in the content of the meal.
