Vibes and services are top notch. Feeling very warm and cozy inside the hotel. And Fujiki chan kept saying thank you very much after each sentence is very cute too :)

This is my second time to the Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel. This time I booked a 31 square meter house which is better to live in than the 25 square meter house. The roadside noise is smaller. This hotel has a one-stay, two-meal package for one person, with a Western-style dinner. Breakfast is available in Japanese or Western style, and I think the taste and service of this restaurant are better than Nikko Kanaya, even though it is cheaper. I came in early April, and there was still unmelted snow outside, but it was a pity that the stove was not lit. This time I took a dip in the large bath. The smell of sulfur was strong and the water temperature was a little cold. I hope to replace the hair dryer with a better one, it dries my long hair too slowly. Transportation here is inconvenient. The hotel has transportation vehicles, so make use of them. April is the off-season, and the trees are bare and snow-free. Cruise ships and some restaurants on Lake Chuzenji are also closed for the winter. If I come to Nikko Chuzenjiko again, I will still choose to stay here. Although this facility is a bit old, the bed is very low, and the bedspread is used as a quilt, I still like it very much.

The hotel is in an old French country style, the public baths are nice, and the hot spring water is very hot. The room has a lot of space, and you can also open a balcony to face Lake Zhongzen. Maybe the hotel facilities have improved a bit, and it is especially recommended to change the bed. The bed is too short.
