Great location, not far from the station, and you can even see the lake directly from the window. Check-in and check-out were smooth and communication was easy. For food, there are different time slots, so remember to choose in advance. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

The location is super convenient, right next to Lake Chuzenji. The room was spacious with a lake view. The facilities are also very new, not run-down as some other reviewers mentioned. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful, and the service was excellent; staff could communicate in English. The hot springs were very relaxing, though the only drawback was that the outdoor spring water wasn't hot enough.

I was very satisfied with the environment and service at Hanaan Onsen Ryokan. The semi-open-air onsen room was incredibly comfortable, and I was really pleased with it! Dinner was decent, but nothing particularly surprising. The peaceful Nikko is so beautiful, I absolutely love it! I will definitely be back!

My sister and I had a wonderful ltime. The room was very clean with a stunning view and walking distance to Kegon Fall. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed both the internal and external onsen and massage chair.

Expensive and overrated dinner and breakfast offerings. Only positive is it is Well located near torii gate and lakeside.

The location is very convenient; the torii gate and G7Nikko sign are right across from the hotel. It's a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the entrance to Kegon Falls. There are delicious sashimi and sushi restaurants and a grilled fish restaurant nearby, both highly recommended. Our room had a direct lake view and a private onsen (hot spring bath). There's a communal bath downstairs, but it doesn't have a view, so the room was definitely better. The Ctrip booking included breakfast and dinner, but unlike the official website, we couldn't choose the meals, and the food was just average, nothing special.

The food was average. The hotel is conveniently located for those driving. The hotel environment is comfortable, and you can see wild foxes and monkeys. The only downside is that there are no washing machines; you have to walk across the street to find a self-service laundry.

The inn is located right in front of Lake Chuzenji, and although it is compact, it was quiet and comfortable. The food was delicious, but I was also impressed by the colorful tableware that was used to serve it.

The hotel is close to the lake and the environment is quiet, suitable for self-driving tourists. There is free parking. The breakfast and dinner are very exquisite and delicious. If I go to Nikko to soak in the hot springs next time, I will definitely visit this hotel again.

It's far from the station, so we rented a car. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are some. Dinner and breakfast at the inn were very good. I think it's the perfect meal to experience something special. The hot springs were also great. However, be careful as the metal will turn black. The room was also nice. It would be a shame to stay for just one night and two days. The view overlooking Lake Chuzenji was also amazing. Next time I'd like to go and see the autumn leaves.
